"We arrived to check in & there was a sign the POOL was closed! We had planned on frequent use of the pool. Check in staff said it was widely stated on their website, but we used Expedia & it was not. Very disappointed. The Good: Food at Lakeside cafe was excellent! The bands in the bar by the casino were great! Even the country one & I usually don't like country. The Bad: The beds were awful, lumpy & squeaky, pillows were so uncomfortable flat & hard. We were looking for the Sports bar to watch NBA, the bartender told us to go to the Table game supervisor to have him change the channel, I did but TVs were too small to see. Asked about the Sports bar & the bartender said they don't have one, but later my husband found it! This bartender clearly does not like his job or Blue Chip for that matter! The Ugly: Lost terribly in the casino, slots were very tight. And they offer no Play money when you open a card. In conclusion: We will not be back"
