The first night there was loud music playing and people being really loud. When I talked to the front desk they said they would have them be quiet and it did not happen. The curtains were falling apart and the windows were dirty, and one of the lights did not work.

I would like some kind of a refund. The floors were dirty we had to sweep the room, the room smelled like pee from where dogs are allowed to stay. Pool was dirty, breakfast ran out of yogurt. They also do not clean your rooms unless you ask. This is maybe a 1.1/2 star. When I first reviewed you had this rated as 3.5-4 star not at all. Very disappointed and looks like young people are running this place. This place needs lots of work and workers do not speak English ? We rented 2 rooms and would like a refund.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was dirty with dust bunnies and dead bugs, the room smelled like a nursing home, the bathroom had a musty smell (there was also no ventilation), and I’m almost positive the bathroom has mold. The family felt terrible during our stay and felt better as soon as we were gone for more than a few hours. It was a last minute balloon fiesta booking so I’m blame myself for not planning better.

I had to ask for a broom and dust pan to sweep the room myself because when we checked in and took off shoes the floor was very dirty. Also this property is not well maintained -- many doors to rooms have peeling paint, the shower was so dirty neither of us wanted to take a shower in it. On the positive side, the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here again though.
Wallpaper is coming off the wall in the registration area. Did not take pictures of peeling paint on doors as it was too dark when we arrived.

Overall, it worked fine for our stay. Bathroom door was hard to open/close. Heater seemed to be on a timer, so it worked better during the day. One evening we had issues with the WiFi. The cleaning person used her phone to ask if you wanted service.

Gross! Place was a dump. Lobby needed paint and a scrubbing. Parking lot had garbage everywhere. Room was gross with mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on curtains and gross stuff on walls. I wouldn’t walk on the floor barefooted. Garbage overflowing near stairs. Dumpster in middle of parking lot overflowing. The entire place can use a giant pressure washer.
Lots of plugs in one socket looks dangerous. Looked to see if tv was plugged in and found out it was connected to wall switch.
This place is a fire hazard.
Hold in door, door hard to open and close. No chain lock.

Very dated, small rooms with double beds, instead of queens. Good location, but needs major renovations. Adjacent hotels are new, which adds to glaring needs of this Inn.
