Location was great. Having rooms on two sides of the road not the best. Time for renovation, worn carpets and other finishes. Housekeeping barely existent, took the wet towels and emptied the garbage, no clean towels or straightening the beds.

The property could benefit from some maintenance to improve its overall condition, though the housekeeping team is doing a commendable job in their efforts. On a positive note, the location to P-town is quite convenient, especially with the availability of a free bus ride into town.

The motel was retro and outdated but clean and everyone was nice and pleasant. Great location for my husband's PMC Ride.

We unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again. Although the location was great, the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. The room consistently smelled like stale pee, and while walking in clean socks, they would almost instantly turn black from how much dirt and grime was on the carpet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room itself needs to be improved.

Comfortable property on private bayside beach.

Comfortable, dated property with great private beach on the bay. Good value. Rooms need updating. Convenient to Provincetown. Indoor pool is nice.

Hotel on PTown border has large rooms + bay beach

Our stay was very nice overall. We rented a bottom floor "efficiency" (meaning that it has a kitche, but you have to check out an hour earlier than normal, for some reason). The room was large and kitchen was great. My only complaint is that they called our room a "dune view" because it does not face towardthe ocean. Being on the bottom floor and facing away from the beach really provided us a "bush view" because our windows and deck in the back face bushes taller than us. It's possible that guests on a higher floor can actually see dunes. Perhaps you should call this a "bsh view" or "non-water view" room. It's also noteworthy that we were in a separate building across the street from main hotel, further from the beach but closer to the P-Town border. Overall, good but somewhat disappointed with the room and view, given the high cost.during mid-week.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Always asking if we needed anything. The access to the beach was excellent. The pool was super clean and perfect temperature. Not too hot and not too cold. Seemed like there was always someone around if we needed anything. I did find a few issues with the room that I addressed to the front office. Nothing too serious. They seemed willing to address the concerns immediately. Rooms were very clean and beds were decently comfortable. Overall an excellent experience and we will would like to stay at this hotel again in the future. Over all an excellent experience and we will be back again!

This motor inn was disappointing and that is putting it mildly. The toilet was so low that even a Pygmy would have difficulty getting up from it. The toilet was old and the diameter of the toilet seat made it difficult to go...By the time we had to leave I couldn't wait to go. During my stay they never made up the room or changed the sheets or towels. The room was not equipped with a microwave but had two refrigerators. Why? There were no screens on the widows. The doorframe in the bathroom was sticky. The beds were extremely firm and had no give. The internet worked at a snail's pace. I speed tested it and it clocked in at 1,5 Mps which was intolerably slow. The overhead ceiling fan lights did not work at all. Instead of screwing in new light bulbs they apparently thought it was easier to just screw their hotel guests. When I asked for a different room they would not change it for me. For $223 a night it was not inexpensive but it was cheap in the worst sense. BEWARE!

Our room was just ok. It was very clean. The mattress was uncomfortable, and I have a bad back, so that was a big deal. My partner’s back is fine but he didn’t like the mattress either. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling and looked like it had a bit of mold, but the water was nice and hot, and the water pressure was quite good. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and when I went to check the stopper it came out in my hand. There is no screen on the sliding door, which is just terrible as you want to leave it open but run the risk of flying critters coming in. The ocean was far away, but we could see it from our balcony, which is a nice touch with 2 chairs and a table. Also nice that there is a pool, although we did not use it. For what it is, the price is right and much cheaper than anything nearby, so you need to take the good with the bad. All in all it is good value for the money, and we would consider staying again, but only in one of the two rooms closest to the ocean with picture windows.

Blue Sea Motor Inn

The property is quiet and located right outside Provincetown, with a shuttle that runs every half hour into town. The front desk associate was kind and my check-in experience was a breeze. I had a dune view room, which was across the street from the main property but it was a perfect, quaint room with plenty of space and an a/c that worked maybe too well :) The towels were a little less than glamorous and I didn’t make use of the other amenities while I was there but overall, I would say the stay was very satisfactory for me.
