Great place to stay just minutes from downtown provincetown. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room with a great view of the ocean. Nice pool.

Wonderful staff at checkin and checkout. Fun, friendly guests at the pool and on the grounds. Breathtakimg views of the Upper Cape! Clean, comfy rooms with great big windows. Some of the grounds are in need of updates but that did NOT detract from our stay. It was just wonderful!

Beautiful property. Breakfast was decent. The room had a humid smell but was clean. All in all, decent stay if you didn't have time to plan ahead.
