Bed was ok. Room fixtures were not clean. Mould on blinds, doors and windows. Room had damp feel and smell. Towelling was damp. Noisy room - could hear other people in the room above. Booked a deluxe spa room and expected it to be clean and shall I say ‘deluxe’. Was not impressed with our stay.

Positives: - Rooms very clean - updated bathroom, great size ! - comfy beds. Negatives - noisy outside location, off main road. - thin walls so can hear your neighbours. - damp, mouldy room. - poor ventilation leaving a damp room. Even the sheets on the bed felt damp.
