Located on the first floor this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has amazing ocean views from its private balcony, a washer and dryer and plenty of amazing updates. The neutral living room has laminate flooring, a flatscreen tv and sleeper sofa and opens to the balcony. The kitchen offers upscale cabinets, granite countertops and the same beautiful flooring. Wander down the hallway to the master bedroom with its own balcony access and private bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for your little ones and has two twin beds with bright colored bedding and a television. Palmwood Villas is an oceanfront resort in North Myrtle Beach that is private, peaceful, and bound to be one of your go-to destinations for years to come. From the sun deck to the oceanfront pool, you'll enjoy the luxuries just steps outside of your door. Nicely decorated but many issues.

The decor is beautiful in the living room, dining room and kitchen, and the floors are beautiful. However, the tv was not working, the bathroom fans both made loud noises, the master bedroom bed sagged in the middle, and the entire condo smelled musty. The screened in porch was filthy, with rotted wood, peeling paint, and cheap plastic chairs and tiny plastic table. I really did not enjoy sitting out there, as it was was in such bad shape.

Very nice condo.

We liked the condo building as a whole and the individual unit. Right on the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put a high top table and chairs on the porch to better see the beautiful view. Thank you!
