Condo was nice and loved that it was beachfront. Over all it was clean on the surface, but could use a deep clean. Water pressure is terrible. Pools and lazy river were a big plus. Would stay again.

A little piece of heaven

The view from the balcony was amazing. Right on the beach. The staff was friendly. The lazy river was enjoyed by all.No washer or dryer in the room, but they provided fresh towels and beach towels in the lobby.

Stay away Pre Memorial Day Week.

The week before Memorial Day is terrible. If you want a relaxing vacation don’t go. It is bike week and there is loud motorcycles and loud music all night long. You will get no sleep at all. The place is to loud with no respect for anyone trying to sleep and get some rest.

Perfect for two!

The cleanliness of the condo1038 was very good and presented as advertised. It was the perfect size for two adults. The balcony view was wonderful and the seating on the balcony was also good. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The water pressure in the condo was good. The biggest disappointment was the low flow shower head after a day of sun, sand and swimming. Baywatch Resort is a great place to spend the week. The resort has made updates to the property and so far so good! The hallways, door frames and doors themselves in Tower 3, could use some attention to reflect the overall greatness of the property!

Great room, great host, great view

Bay Watch was an awesome resort. Lots of parking spaces available. Easy check in. Great pools. Vacasa employees were super friendly. It was probably one of our favorite vacation spots!

Location and conveniences are first rate. Internet ,parking, appliances all worked great. Nice Clean condo. Tv remote, bathroom sink drain, bedroom lamp all needed maintenance.

Fairly nice facility

After our 45 minute wait to get into our condo first impressions was place was clean we unloaded our things and went outside when we came back in to make dinner and looked around not so clean hair on side of tub and back wall black sticky stuff on top of tub getting in floors were so sticky we had to go buy something to clean them with as the mop there was so bad it fell apart and made more of a mess some utensils in drawer had food on them or are rusty go to dollar tree and for a few bucks and replace some of these things no pot holders dish towels poor selection of pots and pans besides all that we still enjoyed our stay

Wonderful property

We were very pleased with our tenth room floor and view of the ocean. We went in November and weren’t expecting it to be quite as cold as it was but we enjoyed lots of shopping around town and the in house restaurants in the building so we didn’t have to go out if we didn’t want to but still enjoy the ocean view. All of the staff we came into contact with were very kind. The room was clean and efficient. My only suggestions are to bring a spatula and a few utensils if you plan on cooking. There were pans, plates, forks and spoons but no spatula or even a pizza cutter. Also, Very thin walls. We were very pleased until the last night and there must have been a new group there and they were loud and could easily be heard and kept us up most of the night. This is no fault of the condo complex just thankful that they weren’t there the whole time. Also thankful they allowed our 10 year old yorkie to accompany us. Sometimes it’s hard to find nice places that allow dogs but we always travel with him so this helped persuade us to stay here. Overall it was a wonderful stay. There are several pools, lazy river and outdoor bar. Will definitely come back again in the summer!

Great spot right on the beach

We loved the ocean view and the number of available in-door pools (it was a little chilly being late October). Facilities were clean all of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated unit with wonderful sunrise and patio.

Only stayed one night but was able to enjoy walks in the beach. From elevator on floor 10 to room, building needs renovations. Carpeting needs replaced and unit doors painted.

Amazing view in a perfect location!

We were visiting North Myrtle looking at property to purchase and stayed in this awesome unit while there......it was clean, bright, updated, and kitchen was well stocked. Baywatch is a fun resort with so much on site that there is no need to ever leave! Will be back!!

Great family getaway!

We were pleasantly surprised-- updated and bright rental with all we needed for a comfortable stay! Beautiful view. Very quiet and convenient to everything. Customer service was friendly and accessible. Would definitely stay again! **Only complaint was coffee which was my fault for not planning. Just bring your own coffee and filters for great morning on the balcony :) :)

Beautiful view

This property is absolutely perfect! There are 8 different pools, restaurants, and easy beach access. When you are finished enjoying the outside, enjoy a beautiful view of everything from your balcony. You even have a birds eye view of live music. It is very Myrtle Beach! The only negative is the check-in. I totally recommend using the Bell boys rather than trying to find a cart. They brought our belongings up, put them away in the appropriate rooms, and were very courteous. We prefer a much quieter atmosphere, but for young families...this is your place!!!

Lovely Place!

I truly enjoyed my stay and the accommodations were fantastic. The balcony seating is some of the best in the complex giving a clear unobstructed view while seated! I would recommend replacing the peephole in the door as you can't see anything clearly. Someone unexpected & unknown knocked on my door. I couldn't see them through the peephole. Traveling solo, and wise I did not open the door - but it was an uneasy experience ultimately when a male voice asked me for a tissue. I'm very glad I didn't open the door. Things that are out of control of the VRBO owners were the elevator issues - both in the parking deck and in the tower were not always 100% reliable or functional. And the door in the unit across the hall... needs a new door closer because rather than slowly closing the door slams causing the art on the walls to rattle in the unit. It's fine during the day but I happened to unknowingly be there during bike week and those folks came and went all night long! UGH! But again, this is no fault of the owners of this unit. Their unit is absolutely lovely and I will consider staying with them again if I come back to the area. OH, and if you love seafood, you need to go up to the Duffy Street Seafood Shack! It doesn't look like much but I enjoyed EVERYTHING I ate there! Their crab dip is second to none! If you're a beer lover, Crooked Hammock Brewing is worth a visit at Barefoot Landing as well!
