Accommodations were accurately presented online. We had 8 adults on a golf trip to Barefoot. Location was fantastic and everything we needed was only a short drive away. 30 second walk to the beach was great too! Nearby restaurants were great and easily accommodated our large group. The home hosts were responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

SEAS THE DAYFall break is in the books, and what an amazing property to spend the week in! Our family of six adult children and their spouses, along with four grandchildren ranging from ages 2 to 15, had an absolutely wonderful time.From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we had made a great choice. The 5,700 square feet of space easily accommodated all of us, and not once did we feel crowded. The game room was packed with fun activities, and the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area was perfectly designed for gathering and connection.Being right on the beach—without ever needing to cross a road—was ideal, and the available bicycles made it easy to explore nearby shops and entertainment. The beds were comfortable, and the entire home was just amazing. We cooked many meals together, and having three full-size refrigerators was a huge plus for our large group.The bathrooms were spacious and well-stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group and looking for a relaxing, memorable experience.

Another annual guys golf trip is in the books! Absolutely love staying at Seas The Day. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this specific property. It’s nice to see that the ownership and management group continue to make some nice improvements in keeping the property in really great condition. My whole group of 47-57 yr old men here to play golf enjoy having lots of space, their own bedrooms. The 6 bathrooms are great as well. It’s great to have a nice luxury villa that upon arrival has all the linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen items, laundry pods, trash bags, etc all provided so there isn’t a need to rush out to a grocery store to get all of this things. The 3 fridges/freezers were great, entire unit was very clean as usual. Lisa the host was very responsive with any issues or questions as was Mary our contact while on site. We love how close it is to all the restaurants choices, PGA Tour Superstore, great location between all the north and central golf course choices as well. We had zero issues and love all the amenities and extras provided from bicycles, beach towels, plenty of outdoor seating options, the angle beach views, the pool and hot tub were great as well as direct access to the beach! My whole group has stated they very much enjoy this unit and would prefer to continue to keep staying here each year for our trip. Whether it’s a large family gathering, or a guys or girls trip or larger group, this unit has it all and won’t disappoint! Thanks

Property location was great!!! Right on the beach!! There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large tvs were a big hit. If you have a large family, esp. with small children, this is a great place to stay. Only drawback was not being able to adjust the thermostat: it was on 72. Not too bad, unless you're hot natured!

The house had a great location, and we enjoyed having such a short walk to the beach every day. The house was well stocked with beach supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was well kept and the beds were comfortable, too. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax with our extended family. Our kids really enjoyed the game room! We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 20 had a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay at this location again! The rental is very nice and also clean. One of the AC’s broke while we were there and the owner was very responsive. It was fixed within a matter of hours. Having the beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards was extremely convenient. There were a lot of nice touches around the home such as a handful of dishwashing and laundry pods which was perfect until we had been shopping. Parking was very easy and convenient. Could not have been happier here!

A Great Family Beach Week

The property was perfect for our large family with spacious bedrooms and common areas. We loved the surrounding decks on each level, game room, beach and pool access! The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and all the equipment we needed. We loved having three fridges. We enjoyed walking to town, recommend Crazy Mason, Villa Tuscanna, China Dragon for take out, Melt, and more! Suggestions I have would be for a second washer and dryer set, given the size of the groups who stay in the house, low shelves at the entry (under the TV) to place kicked off shoes, towels, etc., and more places inside the house in general to hang things like towels so they can hang to dry (more hooks on walls or accordian racks) since they can't be hung outside, and luggage racks (there was only one), or closet shelves for clothing in rooms with 4 bed spaces but one dresser. None of those things were essential but would have been nice for our crew. The bottom line is that we loved it and hope to be able to stay there again! I wish we got a photo of us in the game room but were so busy playing, we never thought of it! Here are the littlest cousins on the beautiful beach. They were the reason we gathered from all over the country this year, the first time since Covid kept us all apart.

A Wonderful Family Vacation!

Seas the Day was a great location for our family reunion. It had plenty of room for all 22 of us to spread out comfortably. It was so close to the beach and pool, and had a fun game room for the kids. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. We would love to come back, and highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! We had 13 in our group and had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the games room was well used. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The beach and pool were steps away and always relaxing.We did have a few minor issues that were dealt with very promptly thanks to Jay & Mary. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at this location especially if you have a large group.

Great house and great location…close to Barefoot Landing and the outlets. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 16 people that gave everyone privacy/space. Jay is a responsive owner and very friendly and helpful. The house had pretty much everything we needed for the beach. This house made our family beach trip special.

Men’s golf trip

Eight of us stayed in this beautiful condo right on the beach. Everything was great. The barbecue the hot tub the pool close to many golf courses especially the barefoot resort great food locally would highly recommend this to everyone.

Family celebration

Our group of 11 gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were looking for a warm area with plenty of activities for our group. This property has the beach, pool, hot tub, golf courses, restaurants within easy access. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely book this property again.

Golfers Dream

I’ve planned an annual golf trip for 8 adult male golfers for 20 years. We’ve stayed in the North Myrtle Beach area for golf trips for nearly all of the trips, and Seas the Day has to be one of the nicest and most up-to-date condos we have ever used. The condo was incredible - the amenities were 2nd to none. Communication was quick and efficient and the owner was very attentive to our needs and questions.We’re planning our next golf trip, and Seas the Day day is going to be at the top of our list for accommodations.

Softball tournament in N Myrtle

Property was great! It fit our needs completely and then some. We had a few cleaning issues that Jay (Property manager) was very eager to remedy quickly. Communication was excellent and very timely. Jay was very accommodating on our requests. We were 3 families in town for our daughter's college softball spring training tournament. Easy in and out, lots of space for all of our desired activities, lots of room for togetherness and plenty of rooms and bathrooms for privacy as well.

Family vacation

Overall an excellent experience. The rooms were neat and clean, the common areas were roomy and comfortable and the fact that the beach was just a few steps away was fantastic! The game room was a big hit with our family. We appreciated the three refrigerators that were in the unit which easily accommodated our food and beverages for our large gathering. No bedroom on the first floor but a full bath with grab bars and accessible tub off the game room. Ample balcony seating on each of the three wraparound balconies. Bicycles, beach chairs and beach towels included. Our family created some lasting memories at this villa. I would recommend this rental to any large group looking for a place to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

An amazing experience

Our group of ladies were very impressed with the property. The location was ideal, property was very clean and accommodations outstanding. 2024 Men’s golf trip

We stayed at Seas the Day a year ago for our men’s golf trip. The Host Jay is wonderful to communicate with. Jay provides all the pertinent details before the trip this year again as he did last year! We liked the place so much we stayed again! The home is very clean, has all the extra amenities so you don’t have to bring a bunch of extra stuff. Front multiple fridges, regular coffee pot or.an Keurig. Plenty of trash bags, dishes, utensils, towels and linens for all. Has bicycles, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating on the multi level balconies with ocean views. Just really enjoy this unit! All the TVs worked great, the pool table and air hockey table were a hit again! We love the location as it’s close to everything in North Myrtle, Myrtle and surrounding areas. Love having enough bedrooms for all 8 guys and plenty of bathrooms and space for us all to spread out! Will be looking to book this same unit again for next year! Thanks Jay and company!!!

Group of 12 guys were all able to very comfortably stay here for a golf trip. Lots of space and great location. Jay was extremely helpful and responsive

Great house!

Our recent stay at Seas the Day was great! We went for a softball tournament and spent a few extra days laying on the beach. We loved the fact they had chairs, towels and boogie boards as it gave us more room for softball gear. The house layout was perfect and Jay was amazing answering all of my questions in a timely manner.

Great trip

Place was amazing and great location. Super close to multiple golf course and right on the beach. Great space for large groups and an awesome game room. TVs in every room is always a plus as well. Some of us got down there before check in and the host was generous enough to let us in early! Super appreciative of that. Host was very responsive to questions I had and made sure my stay was going well. Would definitely stay there again!

Seas the Day

Great location. We found to property to be clean and equipped with all necessities and many extras. The host was more than cooperative and prompt with responses. The only negative feedback I have to share, and received from family members, is the mattresses need updating. They are quite uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend

Best family vacation spot in Myrtle Beach!

I have vacationed in MB for 20 years and this is by far the best place for large groups/families. Great location and the house was very clean with SO MANY extras. The home came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards - all high quality (Tommy Bahama). The game room is great and even the pool sticks were straight! First time ever in a vacation rental! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner. It was a mix of a vacation home and a 5 start hotel. I highly recommend this place! - Michelle (highly satisfied customer)
