This townhome offers a 2 story layout. The living room, dining area w/futon, fully equipped kitchen and a half bath are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor features the master bedroom w/1 king, 2nd bedroom w/1 queen and a shared full bathroom. Enjoy all the comforts of home with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, free Wi-Fi & free parking for 2 vehicles. It was fantastic. Besides the mystery stain on the down stairs bathroom wall and door it was nice. Just a two minute walk and the other renters were pretty nice to. Would love foing back to it.

Somewhat deceiving

Our first impression was not what we expected from the great photos. Then a couple of days into our stay the shower leakes through to the downstairs kitchen and the wifi didn't work. We were able to fix the wifi once we seen the top outlets were on a switch with the ceiling fan. Maintenance came took pics of leak and said he couldn't fix it. A couple days later a plumber came out, was there for a few minutes, said he replaced the "drain". The leak became worse. Definitely more problems than we expected. No concerns for our inconvenience. Will do more research next time. Lesson learned.

we like the place was close to the beach my kids love the aérea .

the location is great perfect only 5 minutes from the beach.the manger was really friendly asked about how everything was when we checked in we got to the place late afternoon on Sunday before of the 4th of july weekend they left instructions on the mail box .my husband and I went to check in on Monday the staff of the property was very nice .we had very nice family vacation we so glad to found a place for the last minute trip!!.

Great stay!

Loved the Pool being right put the front door. Easy trip to the Beach. We drove and parked in the pullic lot less than a half mile away. Would definetly stay there again.
