Fun and convenient location

Great view and quiet neighbors. Very comfortable and well maintained condo and building. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants, beach and pool. Beach qnd pools well maintained and aloha parasail and banana boats close too. Parking was really easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Great Time

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and smelled good also. It does have a little painting that needs redo, but overall it was great.

Our condo was great for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was an older one. It was very nice & clean. They had very nice dishes for us to cook with. We really appreciated that. The only thing was the parking. We had to park across the road. One of us has a hard time walking so that was a bummer for her.

Just a couple issues.

It was very nice having the IGA within walking distance. Was not fond of the music from Snooky's in the evening because it drowned out the sound of the ocean! Comfortable beds and amenities were great. Loved the bathroom at the pool level. Two annoying things were the master bedroom door sticking and a terrible squeak in the kitchen cupboard doors, even after I sprayed then with WD-40.

Love the beach

It was a great location,,,close to restaurants and grocery. Need more towels....had to wash too often and there was only one dish rag and one dish towel. Really need more to stay 5 days. Also on last day we had to leave early and they require that we have all towels washed and dishes in dish washer washed. This is hard as we live in Ohio and needed to leave very early in the morning..... But not many complaints....it was wonderful on the beach and we would love to come again.

Overall fine, one major issue...

The place was fine, as advertised... However, have serious doubts about the cleaning service. Our three old found a few pills on the floor of the bedroom he was sleeping in. Luckily no bad outcomes, but not a great event and put in doubt the quality of the cleaning overall.

RENTERS BEWARE: Black mold in this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property listing shows a nice, large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Upon arrival it became apparent I wouldn’t be using this amenity. There was significant black mold in all of the tub jets and along the wall and tub seams. There was/is also black mold in the carpet that leads up the steps to the jacuzzi tub that cannot be removed and on the ceiling above the toilet (from an apparent old leak). The other hallway bathroom has a much smaller amount of mold around the bottom of the outside of the tub but nothing compared to the master bathroom. I contacted the property management company and they sent the cleaning crew to remedy this who also agreed that the mold was disgusting and the carpet in the master bathroom needed to be removed. For new visitors to this property, be aware that the parking for the property is across the 4-lane street and the loading/unloading parking zone adjacent to the building is very small. The “lobby” area where the elevators are located is also very small. I stayed during off-season when there were not a lot of visitors so I can’t imagine what chaos there is during peak-season. Also, the check-in could use some improvement as there is A LOT of reading in the packet they provide you. I am aware that staying in a vacation location during off-season comes with some risk of unavailable amenities, however, it would have been nice to know that there would be major construction to all pools and jacuzzis. I was really looking forward to using the indoor jacuzzi during my stay. The property management company did not warn me that there would be any construction and these amenities would be unavailable. Construction noise: There was significant construction noise in the unit next door. I usually don’t mind the noise but when the construction on the pool deck was added on, it became too much noise. Overall, I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone with respiratory issues, issues alone.

Fun Trip - Nice property in a great location!

Enjoyed our time at this property. It was as described and the location was easy for everyone in our group. We were within walking distance to many restaurant choices and even the grocery store. Will definitely return! The rental company was easy to work with and checkin was a breeze at their office on Main street.

What a great place to stay. Amazing views of the ocean.

We had a wonderful time this weekend, reconnecting with old friends. The condo was a great place for our vacation and we enjoyed watching some awesome sunrises over the ocean. I recommend staying here.
