Welcome to this updated, end-unit, ground-floor golf villa with the convenience of easy front-door parking. This light-filled Cypress Bend condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable new furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Sip your morning coffee on the screened patio overlooking the pond fountain, or unwind in the family room in front of the large flat-screen TV while catching up on golf between rounds. Dining seats 6, with 2 additional breakfast bar stools.



This condo is pet-friendly! Up to 2 dogs are welcome (max 30 lbs each) for a non-refundable $300 fee per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.



The main bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and pond views. The remaining two bedrooms share a hall bathroom (tub/shower combo) and include bunk beds (2 full-size mattresses) and a double bed — perfect for families or groups. All three bedrooms include TVs, and all bed and bath linens are provided, with beds freshly made upon arrival (just bring your own beach/pool towels).



Take a short walk to the sunny Cypress Bend community pool and charcoal grill station, or enjoy access to the grand, one-acre pool at Barefoot's North Tower Resort near the marina. A free seasonal beach shuttle (Memorial Day–Labor Day) runs to Windy Hill Beach, the North Tower Resort Pool, and Barefoot Landing's shopping and dining district — no parking hassles required.

Nice property but with cleanliness issues

Nice property just like the pictures except for the screened balcony. Checked in on Monday, the lights on the 2 spare bedrooms were not working, bath mat in the bathroom was dirty, found dead bugs (2 were cockroaches), mats in the kitchen and entrance were dirty as well. Called the property manager and I was told the technician was going to fix the lighting issue and he did (thank you) and I guess he also left a paper towel roll, a toilet paper and a vanity kit. However, the rest of the issues reported were not addressed, specially the balcony which my 76 yo mom wanted to use. The lady I talked to told me she was going to send someone to clean it and that didn’t happen; obviously, it hasn’t been cleaned for months just by looking at all the spiderwebs and dust, and it wasn’t just pollen. On Tuesday when we used the master bath noted that the shower drain was clogged. That was gross but I decided to clean it myself because I didn’t know how long it was going to take considering the balcony wasn’t cleaned. The coffee maker was also dirty on the inside where you put the water. So, overall please check the cleaning people is doing a good job, like it was your own house. Considering that is a pet friendly property, it was well maintained, no dog smells.
