1 large bedroom with king size bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Pocket sprung mattress.

Brand new fitted bathroom with metro tiles, power shower and large L shape bath.

Large open plan lounge and dining room. 4K UHD TV with netflix/prime. Dining table and plenty of space. Quite unique for the UK the house has air conditioning.

Brand new kitchen with Nespresso machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, ceramic sink and everything you need for a home away from home experience. The house is the perfect family temporary house for those renovating or who have sold their house and need somewhere for 1 week to 1 year whilst waiting for the new one to complete.

Outside is a driveway for 2 cars, plus empty garage if you wish to use it for an additional car. Patio area with outdoor dining.
