Reserved the junior suite with 2 queen beds, couch, etc. The junior suites are only located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We got bumped to their smaller rooms with 2 double beds. No compensation was offered for the cost difference. They could have at least offered free breakfast for the lack of accommodations for physically disabled persons.

Absolutely Beautiful and clean place. Rooms are huge and the views all around are amazing. Beautiful lobby, everyone was amazing and we were so beyond friendly. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to come and stay again.
