I ask for manager lights out in kitchen microwave dirty sofabed chair stain,all of which she said she would take care of when i check out i told her nothing was taken care of again shewas going to take care of anyway i wish her a great day and went home the only thing was great about that trip was meeting my new grandson days spent on the beach and my rental car.

Worst motel we have ever stayed in.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The motel is run down. It needs a lot of work.
Location: It was nice that it was so close to the mall but it is not close to the beach like it advertises.
They had to switch our hotel room twice because the TV and the phone did not work. Our new room had plumbing problems which they expected us to fix with the plunger. The first time the toilet overflowed they told me to come get the plunger. I told them that was their job not mine. Took them 2 hours to finally arrive at my room to clean the bathroom and plunge the toilet. They had to give me a different room key just so I could use the shower since I had a wedding to attend and the bathroom was still gross. It was clogged again that night which he said he was the only staff and he could not leave the lobby. My husband had to plunge the toilet. Their continental breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal. The individual cream cheese had already been used and seemed to have been refilled and the flap replaced.

Bare bones room that needs updating

I was looking for a bed to sleep in for 8 hours before running a half marathon. It did not need to be anything fancy. That's about all I got. The carpet had bare patches. The in room safe was missing the locking mechanism, and the tub had a massive hole in it that had a thin patch over it. I sank half an inch every time I stood in the center of the tub. The bed was clean and comfortable though, and that was all I needed. The staff when I checked in were professional. The night time clerk however could not find out paperwork, delaying checkout. Also, the lobby is not accessible at night. You have to stand outside and conduct business through a slot.

Close to the concert venue

Pros: 3 miles from concert venue
Cons: Cleanliness, friendliness of the hotel staff
My boyfriend and I were very disappointed with out stay at this hotel. The only plus is that is was only 3 miles from the venue where we were going to a concert. The front desk staff lacked personality and sounded like a robot upon checking us in. We were told that it didn't matter what we thought of the room upon check in due to booking through travelocity. The room smelt like mold/mildew, was not clean, paint was coming off of front door, sink had short mustache/nose hair in it and there were holes and broken off pieces of furniture throughout the room. This was one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. The bed was also very uncomfortable and the floor was so gross that we were afraid to take off our shoes when walking around in it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and feel that they need some major renovations being that the neighborhood where it is located is a lot nicer than the hotel itself.

Pros: The staff concentrated on the guest and what they could do for them.
Location: Great location and near our children's homes and Lynnhaven Mall
The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us stay an extra day and gave us a handicapped room which was great for me since I had a total hip replacement surgery.

Location not bad, but not for the discriminating guest

The staff is friendly at this hotel, however, it is a bit shabby and didn't feel as clean as I'd like. For example the carpet wasn't vacumned well and there were fingerprints everywhere. The walkway to the rooms smells like urine too.

Two Words: BED BUGS

I knew this place wasn't going to be that great. Fine. I was only going to be there a couple of days anyway. What I wasn't expecting was to wake up from a nap (in the middle of the day) with two bed bugs crawling on the sheets next to me. If you don't know what bed bugs are, look them up. They're disgusting, and they spread like crazy. Needless to say, I left and found a better hotel after informing the guy at the desk about the problem. Don't stay here. Don't stay here. Don't stay here.

Room fine, breakfast pitiful

the room was fine. if you want internet access in your room, better ask for one where the router is close by. Breakfast was a complete joke (we stayed 2 nights). Better plan on eating someplace else!
