The room was comfortable, clean and most inviting. The staff was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. The front desk team are top rate. Malae was very helpful, and Emma, Josh and Chris were all concerned with my wellbeing. I appreciated all the staff with whom I had personal interactions from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the housekeepers. Bravo for your staff!!!!!!!!!

2nd time at this hotel which means I like coming here. One odd issue, you have to ask for conditioner for showering, they only mount shampoo and body wash in your bathroom, I ran into that issue the 1st time around. No biggie, staff has them if asked but you have to ask.

Very nice stay for one night. Everything was clean, staff were very nice and the room was huge! Only negative was the breakfast, which was subpar, even by hotel breakfast standards.

The first issue we had was given the wrong room key, the room was already occupied by another guest, informed her to be sure to secure her door inside. On Saturday prior to getting ready I had to take a cold shower, informed the desk as I was checking out and was told "oh I think that was fixed 15 minutes ago".

I reserved an accessible room and at check in asked the front desk staff if the room was accessible. The front desk told me yes. However, the room assigned did not meet expectations. I was traveling with my sister who is in a wheelchair. Although the room was larger, access to the bathroom was difficult as her wheelchair did not fit through the doorway. Also the shower was difficult to navigate without a shower chair or bench and the doorway to the shower was extremely tight. I will not book with this property again since they were not able to deliver what we needed.
