With the best location, this exclusive and comfortable accommodation is 0.31 miles walking distance from the beach, Palm Beach. 1.1 miles walking distance from the High Rise Area where the restaurants, casinos, clubs, and shopping are located. And 8 miles drive from the airport.
Comfortable and impeccable space for two (2) guests. Private Suite with one (1) king bed, 48” Smart TV, A/C, Free WiFi, Free parking, beach kit with towels, cooler, and chairs. Fully equipped bathroom with hot water. Kitchenette area with microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and utensils (the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove, but you can have one Induction kitchen for an additional cost). Two (2) space counter to eat inside the suite, private terrace with a two (2) chair and table set. This suite is not pool view.

Fantastic, Seven Stars, Cybel, and Carlos are fantastic and the property is so convenient to everything. This is truly paradise and so quiet and relaxing.

An intimate relaxing spot but the advertising was not forthcoming re some of concerns.
The Yoyito Suites were convenient to the beach as listed and only a couple of issues are of main concern. The photos give the impression that all units face the pool but that is not the case and the ones in the back that face a wall, are dark and hot, so ask for a unit that faces the pool. Also, if there are smokers back there, it hangs in the tight spots.The units are very clean snd modern but are lacki in amenities. One major issue is that you are unable to cook in your place unless you rent a cooktop for $20/ day, adding a hefty charge to your bill.Consequentjy, if you want to cook, there is one burner to the side of the grill for all 10 units. Each unit is only equipped with s sparse number of utensils, but there are ample bowls for cooking. While the staff are very accommodating and visible, there is a significant language barrier. Once they understand what you need, they are on the case. The units are not equipped with pots, pans, hairdryers, irons, etc so you have to request them and at times, people were told there were daily charges for each in a rules booklet. However, we were not charged for any of these borrowed items. All of the rules need to be clarified in the listing information,
Lastly, there should at least be a roll of of paper towels, day's worth of coffee, salt and pepper, sugar, to get you going, especially since you may arrive late.
A real positive is the beach kit which we utilized every day.

Children are not welcome, but we did the best of it!
My recommendation was given personally to the manager.
The allowance of kids needs to be expressed CLEARLY in their rules.
Furthermore I think it's unfair to make 3years old kids pay, when they were not having a bed and couldn't even used the common areas!!
The 3 stars are for the beds and support of the manager and the concierge.

Great location and very clean
Property was great! Cyby met us at the courtyard gate and showed us the property. We had everything we needed and Jose was onsite to help. Location is a short walk to Palm Beach. Will be staying here again!
