Enclosed by an 8 foot privacy fence with outdoor security cameras, this gated villa is entirely yours. Plenty of covered parking for up to 4 vehicles. Over 2000sqft of indoor living space. Enter into a large living room decorated with brightly colored accents against the white marble floors and white washed walls. Comfortable and stylish furniture complete with vibrant art from local artisans. Both indoor and outdoor dining spaces for 6, as well as two stools at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything needed to cook meals at home. The outdoor space has 4 lounge chairs by the pool as well as a large outdoor sofa with seating for 6. Perfect for entertaining at home all day if you choose to skip the beach! The large pool stays cool enough to be refreshing but warm enough to float all day comfortably.

The kitchen has a gas stove as well as a gas oven, a large refrigerator with a large freezer, and a dishwasher. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen supplies such as plates, bowls, utensils, cups, wine and beer glasses, coffee mugs, and more. There are also cooking supplies such as pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards and knives, and much more.

The outdoor gas grill and cooler are available for use by all guests. We will provide 1 Tommy Bahama beach chair per guest to bring to the beach as well!

Three large bedrooms fully furnished with beds (2 Queen Rooms, 1 King Room), dresser, full length mirror, accent chair and ottoman, nightstands with reading lamps, and wifi-enabled smart TVs. Each room has it's own dedicated AC unit for temperature control, as well as room darkening blinds on the windows.

The property features two bathrooms with showers, one of which is located off the King Bedroom and the other is located in the main hallway between the Queen Rooms.

The King Bedroom features a large walk in closet as well as a triple sliding door that opens all the way up for a grand view of the pool and outdoor lounge areas.

When all the windows of the house are open, the house maintains a nice breeze from the ocean. When all the windows are closed, there is an AC unit in the kitchen that cools the indoor living area.

Guests have full access to the entire property for the duration of the stay. Because this is a private residence, you don’t have to worry about shared spaces.
