This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions.

Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool.

The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort

One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean.

Characteristics of Ocean View Villa: Modern built house – 4 large bedrooms all with king sized beds and their own cable TV. Also their own beautiful and private en suite…each with its own unique and picturesque tile. One of the bedrooms has a 6-foot glass patio door with a gorgeous pool view. 3 separate sitting ares outside and private / gated parking. There is a half bath and laundry facilities in its own separate room as well.

Couldn't ask for a better host. Questions were responded within minutes. Provided tips with country requirements (which helped with entry into Aruba) and gave helpful information about where to shop nearby. Also sent videos to familiarize ourselves with the house. Was extremely helpful. The house manager greeted us upon arrival who gave us a tour of the house and how it worked. The house was perfect for 4 couples. The layout of the home gave both social and private areas. The outdoor areas were terrific! The covered upper deck gave us all a place to meet up for coffee and plan our days. The grill area was perfect when we wanted stay home and eat. THE POOL...was perfect place to come back to cool down, relax and just chill after touring the island. The location was away from the tourist area but close enough to the island life and to walk to the beach for the beautiful sunsets. We can't say enough about this place other than it was wonderful for our visit to Aruba. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not lie! This is a slice of paradise perfect for 4 couples. Each bedroom has king bed with on suite bathroom in each room. Common areas were beautiful and they thought of ever detail. Mark is very responsive to our questions and requests. Would highly recommend this VRBO!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with the house, Izaira, the property manager and the owner Marc. First the house is gorgeous. Marc has thought of everything. We only needed to purchase a few groceries and alcohol(of course). The beds are very comfortable and each has its own bathroom. The pool is cleaned 2x a week with enough seating around for all. The location is very convenient. A 10-15 minute walk and you are at Palm Beach. The best part was dealing with Marc. From the moment we booked, he communicated everything with great detail; sending videos and responding quickly every time I will be booking with him again

We had a great stay . Everything was as advertised. It was very convenient to the Palm Beach Downtown area which was wonderful. Palm Beach is close by and was very nice but we preferred Arashi Beach which was beautiful. Our villa provided everything we needed to make our first trip to Aruba a memorable one. We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful villa in Aruba! The location couldn't have been better, just minutes from some of the island’s most stunning beaches and within easy reach of a great selection of restaurants.The villa itself was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host, Mark, was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. We had a great stay at this property. Mark was so proactive and responsive, starting as soon as I booked. The house is exactly like the pictures - so clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space with the amazing pool was great. We are only a family of 5, so had tons of space, but even if 8 people stayed, there is plenty of room. The pool was definitely a highlight for my teens and tween. Great location too - 5-20 minutes from almost everything. 5 minutes drive to all the restaurants in the Palm Beach area. Baby Beach was the furthest, and that was still under 40 minutes. Definitely would recommend renting a car for flexibility. Parking was pretty easy at all the different beaches we went to. The house has almost everything needed for the beach - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, I even found some basic snorkeling gear in the bin by the pool. The house manager and her daughter were accommodating and helpful too. We highly recommend this property!

This home was comfortable and well laid out with plenty of room for 4 couples. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms provided adequate space and privacy while the pool area and common spaces were great for hanging out together. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the 2nd story balcony. We could easily walk to Palm Beach if we chose. Decent location.

Amazing place to stay!

There were 7 of us and everyone totally loved this home. Mark, the owner was readily available from the time of reservation and throughout our stay. His management team was also great. The house had great amenities and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard pool was awesome and private. We would go to the beach and then return to relax in the pool. The rooftop porch was also nice to enjoy cool breezes, and beautiful views. The house was perfectly located near the Marriott. We had rental cars and highly recommend them to get around the island. You could walk to the beach, but with young children, we chose to ride. We loved having on-suites in every bedroom. Mark designed this house with families in mind. King size beds in every room was a plus. We have previously rented VRBO's and this was by far the best. We will return for sure.

Great home base for an Aruba trip

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a weeklong stay at Bakval 4 and really had an excellent time. You could not ask for more from a host and property manager - truly outstanding communication and responsiveness! They really go the extra mile. Izaira (property mgr) was even able to make recommendations for a local chef to come cook for us poolside one evening, and it was one of our most memorable experiences of the trip. The pool area is terrific, and we also enjoyed the "eagle's nest" sitting area. Parking was easy, A/C worked great, and we had all the amenities we needed. My one suggestion for guests is to bring a few laundry pods as that's the only supply we needed that wasn't provided. There's a reason this place has such great reviews - you can't go wrong with booking this property!

Wonderful stay at Bakval 4

After an exhausting day of delayed flights, we arrived very late to the house but Izaita was still there to greet us and show us the ropes. The place was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool every day. It was a short drive to beaches and the downtown area. Mark was very helpful and quickly replied with all of my questions prior to our trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Aruba.

Perfect House for Annual Girl’s Trip!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 4 ladies! We each had our own king size bed and bathroom. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Being able to walk to Palm Beach was so convenient! Communication was excellent. House was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Stay

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It has ample parking for three cars, which was super convenient. The layout is fantastic, with four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance off the pool, separate from the main house, which made it feel like its own little retreat. This room also includes a small fridge—such a thoughtful addition for convenience. Each bedroom has its own TV with all the apps, so you can easily keep up with your Netflix addiction. They also provide eight beach chairs in backpack-style carriers, making it super easy to pack up and head to the beach for the day. The laundry in the unit was incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays. The entire home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep easy, and the living spaces were comfortable and inviting. We made good use of the grill. The pool area was a definite highlight! It features eight lounge chairs plus plenty of additional standard seating, so everyone had a place to relax. The fountain feature and the colored lights at night create the perfect ambiance—you’ll want to stay out there enjoying the peaceful atmosphere until the wee hours. The host was the most communicative I’ve ever experienced on this app! We’ve already booked for next year!
