I would really like to give this property a high rating- it had so much going for it, truly...but there is something terribly wrong with the septic system and the most horrible smell coming from the ensuite bathroom was alarming. The vent/fan seemed to acerbate the issue all the more. We noticed the similar type odor at the clubhouse pool. Perhaps it's from all the construction going on in the complex. The condo was beautifully appointed and we loved the location. You MUST have a car if staying here-
