Booked my stay and payed extra for a room with double beds. Called to confirm this reservation snd to make sure that we are booked for double bed unfortunately once i arrived and checked in frond desk staff informed me that rooms are based on availability and therefore i can only have single bed room. He noted unfortunately because i booked with expedia its not a guarantee but rather based on availability. This was very disappointing as i made sure i paid good chunk of money extra for what i wanted. Whats unfortunate is that there were rooms available but yet there wouldn't accommodate as it was expedia booking.

Very poor water pressure,carpet very dirty in my room,at night couldn’t sleep because next door bar had the music very loud,hotel drinks were always poor with very small glass and ice which made the drinks taste poorly.the refrigerator in my room empty, I had too buy water and drinks this should had been complementary,the beach chairs were divided if you wanted old chairs they were free but anything else like up grade umbrellas and chairs that weren’t broken customer had to pony up, the beds in my room were full-size we were 3 guests farely average most hotels put 1 queen and 1 full we slept very uncomfortably my grand daughter excellent, these were my family experiences I will never go to this hotel

Property/rooms are bit dated and could use updating. Other than that very clean, friendly staff very close to everything, can see beach from pool area. Restaurants on property are great. Would stay again. Suggestion: add more entertainment daily!

My travel mate & I enjoyed all the staff especially with their smiling faces & wonderful personalities. The food was delicious & the tropical drinks were so tasty. Our clothing was always damp so we placed it on a balcony chair to warm up. A dehumidifier would certainly take the moisture out of the room.

Outdated. Rooms were stale took us a couple of days to air it out. Air conditioning was terrible. It would turn off can't set it to a comfortable level. Aruba is HOT not fun. Called the desk twice about it said they will send someone to fix it and they never fixed it.

Aruba is beautiful and will return! The hotel staff is friendly but knows nothing about the place they work. They have entertainment daily that is poorly executed.

There was a smell in the bathroom that they did not address. I requested to change rooms which they denied to do. Eduardo was great in the restaurant on the beach. Stephanie who runs the adventures was also amazing. Pepper on the retreats amazing and housekeeping was great Breakfast amazing too. Rest of staff was not overly welcoming. Not sure if I would stay here again
