Was so disappointed the staff were not friendly at all and almost seemed like we were bothering them when we asked for support or had questions. In addition everything was closed. The bar, the spa and the restaurant. They did their best to accommodate the closures but it wasn’t good enough for the price you pay. We checked out a day early as a result. Only great thing was the people who were able to chat to get items you needed via the room.

We loved staying here! The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room was very quiet. We were initially put beside an elevator which was noisier but they kindly accommodated our request to be moved to a much quieter room. The bathroom was large and had a shower and bathtub. The bathroom products were Grown Alchemist - my favourite! The outdoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna were lovely and created such a relaxing experience. All the staff were so kind and helpful. We felt so safe at this hotel. We will only ever stay at the Four Seasons when in Whistler again!
