Grosse marge de progression pour cet appartement

Grosse marge de progression, tant au niveau des installations que de la propreté. Nous avons noté une vingtaine de points noirs. Nous avons préféré laisser cette liste au propriétaire sur la table en partant. J'en citerai seulement trois : - le linge de maison sent mauvais (serviettes de toilette, literie) : du linge mal séché ? - une chambre et la salle de bains sont aveugles. Il est donc difficile de les aérer, malgré la ventilation. D'où une odeur de renfermé dans l'appartement, très sombre au demeurant. - la terrasse photographiée sur l'annonce n'a rien de charmant dans la réalité. La photo est trompeuse. En conclusion : c'est l'appartement d'un bricoleur qui n'est pas au fait des standards de la propreté.

Appartement situé dans un quartier extrêmement sale de Nîmes ... Nous arrivons dans le logement, abattant WC cassé, une odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain se répandant dans l ensemble de l appartement. Concernant la cuisine, une poêle sans poignée, très pratique! Des chaises en tissu tachées d on ne sait quoi..pour le départ, nous souhaitions faire un brin de ménage mais... Aucun produit, pas de balai ni aspirateur RIEN. Le Monsieur (OUSSAMA) s occupant de l appartement a été très gentil au téléphone et a essayé de nous trouver une solution mais sans succès... Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas et ne recommandons pas ...
