You can go for a walk along the seaside path or in the hinterland or simply relax in the sun from the balcony or the beach 6minutes walk away.

What you'll appreciate most is how quiet this apartment is, even though it's right in the heart of the city.
Parquet flooring, 2 large French windows with south-west-facing balconies giving you the impression of flying over the boats, a very cosy suite with 2 velux windows, a beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen will enable you to fully appreciate the comfort of the apartment.
On the 6th floor (with elevator), you'll have a breathtaking view of the sea, the castle hill, the boats and the Bay of Angels.

Sit out on the balcony and enjoy breakfast before setting off on a beautiful day's outing.
Perhaps you'd prefer to go for brunch on the Place du Pin at Delibo or Café Paulette, and enjoy the balcony at aperitif time, with its magnificent sunset view.

You can also take a stroll and swim on the magnificent beaches of La Réserve, just a 10-minute walk away.

Just 1 minute from the tramway coming directly from Nice airport, you'll also find all the necessary amenities nearby, as well as great bars (and even a hidden bar ...if you're wise I'll point it out to you 😉🤫) and restaurants where you can enjoy regional specialties, vegan and gluten-free menus.....

You're just a 5-minute walk from the superb Place du Pin, where you can enjoy its small boutiques, trendy restaurants and bars.
If you walk further (6 minutes from the apartment), you'll find yourself on Place Garibaldi, at the entrance to Vieux-Nice.
Then you'll have the choice of heading for the sea along the Promenade des Anglais or crossing the gardens of the Coulée Verte to go shopping on the pedestrian Avenue Jean Médecin and the delightful Rue Alphonse Karr.

## Transit

Direct from the airport by tramway line 2, stop 1 minute's walk from the apartment.
In addition to the tramway and bus to Cannes, Monaco and Villefranche...., you'll also find bike rentals (electric or not), scooters and rollerblades in the neighborhood.

## Notes

Even if the building has an elevator, there will be some stairs to climb.
To get to the apartment, simply take tramway line 2 directly from the airport or train station, depending on your means of transport.
You can even come by boat ☺️

The bus line to Monaco is a 2-minute walk away.
