Spectacular view of Villefranche sur mer and Nice! Apartment was lovely, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great dining room view to enjoy a glass of wine and meal with friends. Location is 10” walk to the grocery store and bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Would highly recommend this place but the view is over the top! Mesmerizing

Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a beautiful apartment, with an amazing view and excellent parking! It's also a quick bus ride to historic Nice. Having a second full bathroom was also very helpful with 4 adults in our group.

Wonderful view

Excellent 2 week stay. Fabulous views & comfortable accommodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We flew to Nice & were intending to hire a car but we didn’t need to. The efficient public transport enabled us to get around easily. The walk to Nice was a pleasant 25 min downhill walk & we did this several times.

Stunning views

This condo has gorgeous views that cannot be overstated. The balcony wraps around multiple sides of the condo. You are on a mountainside, so you are probably going to drive rather than walk most places. There is a security fence for the property and ample parking right on the property. This town is like an upscale suburb of Nice, and there are great restaurants down by the water. You are also close to Villa Ephrussi and the coastal cape walk around Cap Ferrat

Four adults stayed in this spacious apartment with a stunning view of the gorgeous Mediterranean. There was plenty of room and every piece of kitchenware you could possibly want. Having a washing machine was very helpful. All dish, dishwasher & clothes washer soaps were included. The apartment was a lovely place to have breakfast & coffee and a welcoming haven after long days of sightseeing. One day we stopped at the nearby (short steep hike) market for light dinner goodies and enjoyed them with the amazing view. The welcome packet provided by the host was the most complete I've ever experienced - in three languages! The property management company was courteous & prompt in letting us in at the beginning of our stay, as well as explaining some of the unfamiliar appliances, like the air conditioners. I did have some trouble reaching them by phone a few times. Both phone numbers provided went straight to voicemail, saying not to leave a message, but to text to one of the numbers. I never was able to tell if they received those texts, and got no reply. When I did reach them by phone, they were helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although it is a cab or Uber ride to the train station (or pretty much anywhere, unless you have a car) the location was superb as a "base camp" for seeing the entire French Riviera.

Beautiful setting and great location. View truly is spectacular. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a property manage to let us in even though we provided an eta an hour before arrival as requested. Otherwise enjoyed are stay and would stay again. The host’s manual with recommendations was very helpful.

Panoramic view was out of this world and makes up for the rest of the apartment being just OK. To get that magnificent view you have to drive up a very narrow and winding street, not for the faint of heart. The apartment had everything you would want for a comfortable stay, although the elevator to it was hit or miss. Communication was very good, parking onsite was much appreciated. Our kids were staying nearby in Nice and we told them you have to come over just to see the view. It really is that amazing.

Beautiful Apartment -

Our stay in this property with stunning views and location was great, and we are grateful for the opportunity. Much can be said about how lovely the apartment is, its views of the bays that leave you speechless and enjoying every minute on the lovely terrasse surrounding it. The lovely book of addresses and tips was also so kind, smart and useful and such a great addition that made us feel very welcomed in this lovely place. We really enjoyed it all. The only downfall I would like to note, as it was important enough, was that the apartment was not clean, at all. The floors were dirty, and the bathrooms and kitchen were also in need of a thorough cleaning. We had to use the vacuum upon arrival as the floors were covered in sand, hair and dust bunnies. The coffee machine was not empty and the coffee filter full of old coffee. This was disappointing because again, the apartment, its setting, views, the furniture are just beautiful. This apartment has seen a lot of love and most certainly charmed visitors; we most certainly enjoyed our stay but regretted the lack of cleanliness.

Everything about this apartment is perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! You can feel the love and wonderful memories made there! The view is pure perfection! The elevator was small but so convenient when trying to haul our luggage up or down the stairs. Parking was a great plus! There is not one thing we were unhappy about or wish we could change. Truly fabulous apt. Spectacular views including full moon. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed breakfasts and drinks on balcony. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to many locations such as Eze, Nice, Monaco, St Jean de Cap Ferrat, and St Paul de Vence. Francois was a wonderful host. He solved check in confusion in seconds. Amazing Views

The views from this apartment are breathtaking. A very comfortable and spacious apartment with all of the needed amenities. It is situated in a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of a bus stop a the doorstep. It is not at the city center but that makes for very quiet and restful surroundings and the taxi service is very good. The management company was very responsive and helpful. If I return to Nice, I would stay here again.

Côte d’Azur For A Week

This apartment was perfect for the two of us for a one week stay in Villefranche even though we didn’t need a 3 bdrm. The views are amazing and we enjoyed coming home after a day touring to this gem of a property. You will have all of the amenities you need, a comfortable temperature (we stayed in Sept), a cozy large living room with panoramic views and an amazing wrap around balcony with a sweet little dining area outdoors that is covered. We loved it!
