ExtrĂȘmement dĂ©cevant, prestations mĂ©diocres, propretĂ© insuffisante.

ArrivĂ©e : EmmĂ©nagement avec plus de deux heures de retard car le nettoyage n'Ă©tait pas terminĂ©. Nous dĂ»mes de plus accepter une demi-journĂ©e supplĂ©mentaire de nettoyage pour le lundi suivant pour la cuisine. Etat des lieux: toutes les piĂšces sont volumineuses et claires, grandes et nombreuses portes et baies vitrĂ©es. Cuisine : meubles trĂšs anciens (sauf rĂ©frigĂ©rateur), Ă©quipement en partie insuffisant pour 10 personnes. La piĂšce demande ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e. Rangements non pratiques. Portes des placards potentiellement dangereux. Salle Ă  manger : Table prĂ©vue pour 6 personnes. (Rallonge Ă  utiliser). RĂ©quisition nĂ©cessaire de chaises d'autres endroits. Autres piĂšces Ă  vivre : Une lampe dĂ©fectueuse dans le salon et prise de courant sortie du mur dans la vĂ©randa. Chambres Ă  coucher : Trois chambres sans placard. (seulement un petit porte-manteau). Le propriĂ©taire fit immĂ©diatement installer de petites penderies et une commode. Dans une des chambres, prises de courant Ă©galement mal fixĂ©es avec fils Ă©lectriques apparents. Salles de bains : Plafond de la douche de la salle de bains au niveau infĂ©rieur largement recouvert de moisissures. Fut nettoyĂ© avec un produit chlorĂ© le lundi suivant notre installation. HumiditĂ© au niveau infĂ©rieur: odeur d’humiditĂ© constatĂ©e au cour de l'emmĂ©nagement. Lors de notre sĂ©jour: eau qui goutte des plafonds et coule le long des murs du couloir ainsi que dans deux chambres. NĂ©cessitĂ© de dĂ©placer un lit. Sol et murs mouillĂ©s en permanence (heureusement prises de courant hors du mur Ă  l'opposĂ©). En consĂ©quence obligation frĂ©quente d'arrĂȘter le climatiseur de la piĂšce Ă  vivre cause de la fuite. ExtĂ©rieur : grand jardin, agrĂ©able et parfaitement entretenu, garage. Vue sur la mer au loin. Piscine infĂ©rieure suffisamment dimensionnĂ©e et propre. Par contre, cuisine extĂ©rieure adjacente absolument inutilisable et trĂšs sale. Interdiction faite par le propriĂ©taire d'utiliser le barbecue Ă  gaz qui s’y trouvait. Petit grill Ă©lectrique livrĂ© Ă  notre demande. Env. 60 marches irrĂ©guliĂšres entre l'habitation et la piscine infĂ©rieure. Piscine supĂ©rieure quasiment toujours inutilisable Ă  cause de micro-organismes se formant dans l'eau suite Ă  une pompe dĂ©fectueuse (selon le technicien de maintenance). DĂ©jections de chauves-souris installĂ©es juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur d'une porte coullisante de la vĂ©randa que nous avons du condamner. RĂ©sumĂ©: sĂ©rieuses amĂ©liorations absolument nĂ©cessaires.
