Oh dear..

Terrible room. Black mould in the bathroom, carpet stained, towels with holes in them. Very gross. No elevator. No parking in the area, apart from very expensive multi storey (about €50/day). Very friendly staff though.

No lift very narrow staircase unsafe incase of evacuation lighting sensor did not pickup until too late carpet not clean Carpet in room was disgusting we had to wear shoes to get to the bathroom As we didn't want to risk catching anything from it no kettle / tea /coffee making facilities tv in room could only get French speaking channels

The hotel is a little tad dated & needs some money spent on renovating it. As well the air conditioning wasn’t working fully. It wasn’t hot but still it didn’t seem to send out cool air when I tried a few times to get my room cool. Great location.

Karin was very helpful but the room was tiny, the shower was so tiny and it did not drain well. The was a pot for hot water and a couple of packs of sugar but nothing else. No elevator and very narrow stairs.

Thevhotel is in a good location so that will push the price up a bit. I stayed for 6 days and only had room service in once. It seemed like they were on skeleton staff. There was also a lot of shouting. Again, the location is good though.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights, and it was great! I think it was such a great value for the price we paid to be able to be so close to everything in old town nice as well as be near the shops, beach, and whatnot. The air conditioning was very good quality as well as a very comfortable bed, so I couldn’t have been happier! They also had great staff that spoke a variety of languages and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The room was small but had everything we needed including a kettle which I didn't expect. Air-con worked brilliantly meaning the French doors could be closed at night and the room was then perfectly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some reviews of this hotel are are very negative bu tit is certainly value for money. Pay more if you want a modern 5 star hotel. This is a lovely, old traditional French hotel.

Hotel was brilliantly located

This location was fantastic. A short meander to the waterfront and loved being able to dip into the crazy vibrant alleyways and also across to the Latin quarter. So, a big tick for location and also the very friendly staff. Our room was to be honest a bit average, but somehow added to our whole ‘Nice’ experience. Oh, and make sure you grab yourself some of the homemade potato crisps or fries, not often you can rave about something seemingly so mundane but they truely are a triumph!
