Spectacular Panoramic Views of Cap Ferrat & Beaulieu.

A unique, contemporary villa with heated swimming pool, situated between the famous moyenne et grande corniche on the coastline of the French Riviera between Nice and Monaco.
The villa is nestled in the hills above Villefranche with a rural approach to the gated property. Villa Lennard has huge panoramic windows that open to the wooden deck and pool overlooking the bay of Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat and beyond.
The main house has a large living area, a tv lounge, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms all beautifully appointed and a well equipped Poliform kitchen. Downstairs is huge fully equipped utility/laundry room with table games and library.
The villa is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard,
Both house and pool have security alarm systems.
The villa is easily accessible from Nice airport to Monaco, Beaulieu, Cap Ferrat and Villefranche, it's a short drive to Eze medieval village in the hills or downhill to the coast and ports Beaulieu, Villefranche or Cap Ferrat, beaches, cafes, fabulous restaurants with recommendations
and the wonderful cote d'azur.
*Also available on request and reservation is the new STUDIO apartment, separate and self contained, with a mini kitchen and large shower room, ideal for guest couples, granny, nanny or teenage annex on ground level with a separate entrance.
*(This studio is available for a supplement of 200 euro per night plus cleaning service, see photos in gallery. Please note Studio is ONLY available to guests of the renters. Beautiful house with a pool. Excellent property manager, easy to interact with. Be sure to rent a small car. Roads to/from property are very narrow. I would definitely recommend it. Great restaurants and beach clubs in the area.

The whole experience of staying at Villa Lennard was superb. Pam was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Gorgeous Property and Stunning View!

The house is very modern and well-kept, with high quality finishes and furnishings. Full-height windows and sliding doors give the interior a sunny, open feel and frame dramatic views of Cap Ferrat and the surrounding area. Pam is a very gracious and patient host, and she provided us with a wealth of helpful information when checking in. Paradise on a Mountainside

Fabulous property for luxurious relaxation after a day of sightseeing from Monaco to Antibe. In gorgeous Ville Franche built into the mountainside of the Moyen Corniche with spectacular unique views of mountainside cities and the Mediterranean. We drove a rent-a-car through the curving mountain (of switch-backs and harrowing cliffs) for a few days, but were happier (and probably safer) when we changed to using UBER! The property is perfect for two couples. There is also an additional Studio apartment that can be rented on the property. It is a contemporary jewel, all bright white, with spectacular walls of glass that open completely to allow the sea breeze to flow through the building , in the midst of an antique setting created centuries ago! .

Fantastic Villa with great views!

Myself and five girlfriends had a fantastic week at Villa Lennard. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way and the view was just incredible. Pam was the perfect host and provided us with lots of advice/information on the villa, getting around and local shops. We didn’t have a car, but that didn’t stop us from exploring Villefranche and the surrounding area. We found pathways from the villa (Chem de la Font du Canet & Chem du col-de Care) down to the train station in Villefranche. However, you have to be relatively fit and the surface is very uneven, so no high heels! The return journey back from the train station to the villa was always by Uber, which typically cost around 12 Euros. We loved every minute! Thank you Pam and owner .

Fantastic sums it up!

Wonderful villa with an incredible view. Highly recommend, Host was very helpful. Perfect for three couples or family of 6. Best advice I can give is to rent a very small car, you will be thankful you did as driving anywhere in the general area of Nice with a mid size or larger vehicle will be a challenge even for the most skilled driver.

We had a holiday on this villa in September during 11 days. The villa is very clean, beautiful , comfortable and there are all necessary things what u need in everyday life. Three bedrooms , living room , kitchen, two bathrooms , washing machine, dry machine. All windows are opened and u can enjoy the amazing view on Vilfranche and Saint Jeanne Cap Ferrat . The only thing you need is a car and u have a possibility less then 10 min to get to all beaches ( eze - anjuna beach, Beaulieu-sur-Mer , Paloma beach at Cap ferrat , supermarket , restaurants, Monte Carlo , Nice . Pam is very kind and help you in everything what you need , her villa is perfect . I recommend it . Thanks for such comfortable staying at your villa .

We had an incredible stay at Villa Lennerd. The house is beautiful and has every amenity necessary. The pool and view are breathtaking. The house is modern and very well suited for a family stay with full kitchen, laundry facilities, linens/towels, and satellite television. Pam is overly accommodating and was available to answer any question we had regarding the house, activities, recommendations, etc. We will definitely come back !!! A+++++
