The place is advertised as “magnificent” but in reality, it was far from that! Stained towels and bed sheets! Uncomfortable mattress on the bed base which was not even a real bed. AC didn’t work well. Bathroom was small and bathtub was totally plastic and not stable. The drainage system was not good and water took a long time to go away. The smoke alarm kept beeping for hours before anyone showed up and when I called there was no one close and well aware of the property as it was manage by companies and did things robotically

Amazing appartment

Rented for a week, was super happy with everything. Staff was incredibly nice, and we were very well met and the check in was super smooth. Big shout-out to Romain who was our host, very nice and incredibly helpful! As a tip, I can recommend to call your host before your arrival and contiously be in touch with them, so they can plan for your arrival. Let them know if you're running late! Appartment was super clean, very nicely equipped, it's exactly like the pictures. We were very pleased, 10/10, worth every penny!

Never ever again! Awful experience.

When we had to cancel our reservation a week before arrival due to force majeur medical issues Welkeys refused to refund anything, even the cleaning fee!!!! They are not client oriented at all and their call center is very difficult to get through so if u have any issues there is noone to resolve them fast. Think twice before dealing with this company!
