You will have a beautiful bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with access to a first balcony, a bathroom and a second balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea!

Located on the 7th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: sofa bed and a large closet.

On arrival we found the aircon was broken, which we reported to the 'host' who informed us she knew it was broken, but would not be repaired until the day we left! They knew before we arrived!The whole apartment was dirty, with mould in the bathroom, & 'gunge' on the floor where parquet flooring was missing. We booked through VRBO, but the 'host' refused to communicate via their app as is required, only by personal email. She was rude & eventually very aggressive by email, & we never met her as she sent an unfriendly 'friend' to let us in & take the keys when we left.The photographs of the apartment are old, the balcony did not have wooden table, but a rotting round mdf one, with at least 3/4 of the chairs broken & unsafe, with cigarette burns on them. The balcony blind was ripped & unusable. The sofa in the lounge was stained & covered with a throw. The washing machine did not work properly & some of the washing was still dry in places after 2 washes. There were no drying facilities. The towel rail in the bathroom had loose wiring & worked very intermittently. The wardrobes contained dirty old rugs & rubbish. The bedding & towels which we paid for, were very old & poor quality, & did not fit the bed. These were the main issues, there were more less important!We complained to VRBO, who were extremely helpful, & offered us compensation to move to another apartment, but there was nowhere suitable locally. Book & Pay gave us a fairish refund when we arrived home

Good location, good elevator to 7th floor.Good view but limited . No dryer, fix your advertisement. Air conditioner leaked water in large puddle each morning.No shampoo or soap as advertised. Had to go out and purchase,as well as no bathroom facecloth.Bed was very uncomfortable.Washing machine left soap on clothes,switch to a liquid clothes detergent.Loud fridge.

Great location, as advertised

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was as advertised. Very close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and the tram line. It smelled a bit like cigarettes but we aired it out and it was fine. Thanks for the great stay!

The furnishings and condition of the apartment were a disappointment. The location was great.

The owner should make necessary repairs and improve the quality of the furnishings and to justify the cost of doing so increase the daily rent 10-20 euros.

Wir wollen fair sein, die Nähe zur Innenstadt, der Ausblick von dem einen Balkon und die Nähe zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Allerdings gibt es auch viele negative Punkte:- das Möbiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht benutzbar.- Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur den Flur und tropfte-in einem Schlafzimmer ging das Rollo nicht und es waren nur einfach verglaste Fenster. Die Stange, für die dafür angebrachten Vorhänge, verhinderte ein Öffnen der Fenster. Dazu eine enorme Lärmbelastung durch eine Schnellstraße - das im Inserat angegebene „Parken möglich“, entsprach nicht unseren Suchkriterien. Vor dem Hauseingang ist eine Bushaltestelle, die Ausladen unmöglich macht. Parken an der Straße auch unmöglich bzw. zeitlich eng begrenzt. Die Empfehlung weit weg zu parken, war nicht unser Suchkriterium. Glücklicherweise gibt es ein Parkhaus 2 Straßen weiter mit Dauertarifen. - die Markisen auf beiden Balkonen hängen in Fetzen. Es könnte eine wirklich schöne Wohnung sein. Aber wir hatten in den 5 Tagen immer über 30 Grad, da war die Wohnung eine Herausforderung.

Séjour agréable dans un bel environnement

Un appartement de qualité, bien situé mais mal entretenu. Par exemple, à notre deuxième séjour, nous retrouvons des chaises brisées dans le même état. un matériel de cuisine en mauvais état, un pomeau de douche qui ne tient pas sur son support. Les responsables immédiats n'y sont pour rien. Il semble que le ou la propriétaire refuse de débourser pour réparer ce qui doit l'être.

sauber und ideale Lage

Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Ach die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe und der Strand ist auch nicht weit.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé

La location avec vue sur la mer était agréable, les pièces sont spacieuses et le tramway situé juste en bas permettait d’être mobile. Le salon et les chambres étaient en revanche mal isolés du bruit du trafic et la porte cassée du balcon n’y aidait pas. Plus de vaisselle (verres) aurait été utile. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Bon emplacement mais aménagements ancien

Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Meubles viellots et partiellement en mauvais état. Chambre à coucher donnant sur la voie rapide et les rails donc plutôt bruyant. Très peu de vaisselle et de couverts qui sont dépareillé. On voit que la propriétaire n'interdit rien pour agrémenter le logement mais veux tirer un maximum de profits. Dommage... Le service de conciergerie est par contre efficace.
