Beautiful view - close to the beach. There was a washing machine and drying rack, full kitchen including some necessities like salt and sugar. There was a small grocery store right across the street which was handy. The tram was also across the street and so easy to use to get to town and the airport.

Great apartment and plenty of space for four adults. However, there were not enough towels provided for four adults even after paying 30 euros.

Great location, as advertised

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was as advertised. Very close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and the tram line. It smelled a bit like cigarettes but we aired it out and it was fine. Thanks for the great stay!

Good view of sea. Lifts worked well. comfortable BUT 2 beds had faulty legs, non functioning coffee machine black mould round bath and a very rushed muddled introduction. Blind in blue room didnt work, balcony looked nothing like the picture, with just tatty scraps of sun shade very limited pans and kitchen wequipmeware. We bought some wine glasses and left them to help out! Spartan as accommodation but with so much potential. Lots to do in the area. Locals are lovely.

Le Béryl Apartment is in a great location - 1min walk to beach/boardwalk, tram (goes to airport Old Nice) and food shops. Apartment bedrooms are a bit noisy with the highway behind (ear plugs should do), but has an awesome balcony. Overall, good stay, there are some improvements that could be made in the apartment (toilet for example) but good value.

Le Béryl Great location, close to the beach, bus station and supermarket. The views from the balconies were stunning. The only inconveniences were that there were extra costs for the late check in (considering that we were travelling from other part of France), the shower gel and garbage bags were missing, the AC was not working (luckily it was not very hot at the interior) and the coffee machine and hot water keetle were unusable.

Le Béryl This apartment needs renovated! Toilet does not flush and the bathroom is full of black mould! .Also we’ve paid €50 for bed sheets and towels but the towels are about the size of a kitchen towel! Although it’s in a great location for getting around I would definitely not recommend as the hygiene is very low.

Good location, good elevator to 7th floor.Good view but limited . No dryer, fix your advertisement. Air conditioner leaked water in large puddle each morning.No shampoo or soap as advertised. Had to go out and purchase,as well as no bathroom facecloth.Bed was very uncomfortable.Washing machine left soap on clothes,switch to a liquid clothes detergent.Loud fridge.

Le Béryl "I don’t recommend. The price doesn’t match the quality and satisfaction. 🙂 Great place, a few minutes from the beach, supermarket and bus/tram stop. Comfortable mattress. Relative clean. 🙁 Road noise from both sides. The water in the bathtub doesn’t drain. And the dirty and smelly water flows up into bath. It’s disgusting. The ants are in the kitchen. Smelly and dirt sofa in the living room. Linen and towels aren’t in the price. You have to pay 25€ extra for two persons. If you have early morning check out, you can leave the key with chip from the main enterance in an apartment. But to unlock the main entrance you need the chip you left in the apartment, so doesn’t make sense. Hairdryer doesn’t work."

On arrival we found the aircon was broken, which we reported to the 'host' who informed us she knew it was broken, but would not be repaired until the day we left! They knew before we arrived!The whole apartment was dirty, with mould in the bathroom, & 'gunge' on the floor where parquet flooring was missing. We booked through VRBO, but the 'host' refused to communicate via their app as is required, only by personal email. She was rude & eventually very aggressive by email, & we never met her as she sent an unfriendly 'friend' to let us in & take the keys when we left.The photographs of the apartment are old, the balcony did not have wooden table, but a rotting round mdf one, with at least 3/4 of the chairs broken & unsafe, with cigarette burns on them. The balcony blind was ripped & unusable. The sofa in the lounge was stained & covered with a throw. The washing machine did not work properly & some of the washing was still dry in places after 2 washes. There were no drying facilities. The towel rail in the bathroom had loose wiring & worked very intermittently. The wardrobes contained dirty old rugs & rubbish. The bedding & towels which we paid for, were very old & poor quality, & did not fit the bed. These were the main issues, there were more less important!We complained to VRBO, who were extremely helpful, & offered us compensation to move to another apartment, but there was nowhere suitable locally. Book & Pay gave us a fairish refund when we arrived home

Taille de l'hébergement correct. Le parquet est très usé, il manque des lattes. La chambre avec les 2 lits est à revoir : on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre, il manque un éclairage d'un côté du lit et une table de nuit, simple vitrage donc très bruyante. La vaisselle est insuffisante (il a fallu qu'on réclame des couteaux et petites cuillères) et est rangée sans aucune logique dans les placards. Pas de table sur la terrasse comme sur la photo. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude du lundi matin au vendredi soir (juste avant de partir), le propriétaire était au courant des travaux de maintenance puisqu'il y avait une affiche dans le hall avec les dates de coupures depuis janvier 2025. Il n'aurait jamais dû louer cette semaine ou tout du moins nous prévenir, ou nous proposer un autre logement. J'ai prévenu sa conciergerie, le propriétaire ne m'a jamais rappelée. Le business passe avant le bien être des clients !!

Wir wollen fair sein, die Nähe zur Innenstadt, der Ausblick von dem einen Balkon und die Nähe zum Strand sind unschlagbar. Allerdings gibt es auch viele negative Punkte:- das Möbiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht benutzbar.- Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur den Flur und tropfte-in einem Schlafzimmer ging das Rollo nicht und es waren nur einfach verglaste Fenster. Die Stange, für die dafür angebrachten Vorhänge, verhinderte ein Öffnen der Fenster. Dazu eine enorme Lärmbelastung durch eine Schnellstraße - das im Inserat angegebene „Parken möglich“, entsprach nicht unseren Suchkriterien. Vor dem Hauseingang ist eine Bushaltestelle, die Ausladen unmöglich macht. Parken an der Straße auch unmöglich bzw. zeitlich eng begrenzt. Die Empfehlung weit weg zu parken, war nicht unser Suchkriterium. Glücklicherweise gibt es ein Parkhaus 2 Straßen weiter mit Dauertarifen. - die Markisen auf beiden Balkonen hängen in Fetzen. Es könnte eine wirklich schöne Wohnung sein. Aber wir hatten in den 5 Tagen immer über 30 Grad, da war die Wohnung eine Herausforderung.

Séjour agréable dans un bel environnement

Un appartement de qualité, bien situé mais mal entretenu. Par exemple, à notre deuxième séjour, nous retrouvons des chaises brisées dans le même état. un matériel de cuisine en mauvais état, un pomeau de douche qui ne tient pas sur son support. Les responsables immédiats n'y sont pour rien. Il semble que le ou la propriétaire refuse de débourser pour réparer ce qui doit l'être.
