Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned Provencal house with private pool in Vence to rent for up to 4 people.

The little house comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, and is surrounded by a garden of around 1,200 m².
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a dining area and TV lounge
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Lavender Bedroom: two single beds (80x190), which can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Emerald Bedroom: two single beds (90x190), a small desk and an adjoining dressing room with a washbasin and washing machine
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower (accessible from the Lavender bedroom or via the hallway)
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) secured by an alarm, open from early May to late October, weather permitting.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days and a pergola with views over the village of Vence and the sea
- A Weber charcoal barbecue (60 cm) is available for your use. An additional cleaning charge will be applied by your on-site manager if the barbecue has not been cleaned after use.
- A beautiful 1,200 m² garden with a pétanque court and a fish pond secured by a wire mesh fence.

The house is ideally located in Vence, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the village market are just 1.5 km away, i.e. around 15 minutes on foot.

- Visit the Matisse Chapel (5 minutes' walk), the picturesque villages of Vence, Tourrettes Sur Loup, Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, etc.
- Swimming in Cagnes Sur Mer and Antibes
- Canyoning in the Gorges du Loup
- Walks on the Col du Baou in Vence or Saint Jeannet

Summer events :
- Nuits du Sud in Vence and concerts in Saint Paul de Vence
- Nice: Jazz Festival
- Fireworks Festival in Cannes

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Cagnes sur mer SNCF train station, about 11km away (20 minutes by car)
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport about 17km away (26 minutes by car)

Other notes:
- The wooden staircase leading upstairs is approximately 60 cm wide and may not be suitable for everyone.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are permitted, subject to a supplement of €50 per stay, limited to one pet (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.
- Children must be closely supervised in the accommodation (terraced gardens, stone steps, etc.)
- A cot is available on request (Kinderkraft Sofi model).
