Unit is spacious and very well located in Nice. Clean and quiet, and I would stay again if visiting. Unfortunately, the unit is described as "air conditioned" but that only applies to the bedrooms. Living room which is a big part of the unit is very hot. I thought Jade, the host had a negative attitude. I asked if a fan was available for the living room and did not get a very positive response. We stayed 5 nights / 3 people and were given two small rolls of toilet paper. When I asked if more was available, I was told this is not a hotel and we had to get our own. It cost us approx 4.99 Euros for toilet paper - such a small cost, yet it was an inconvenience and left us with a bad taste. A fan for the living room and some better stocked essential supplies, and this could be a real good place to stay.
