The very bright, newly renovated 60 m² Nuages holiday flat with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies is located on the 1st floor of the Villa Fontaine Vieille and is ideal for 2-3 people (50 Samstag of living space + 50 % of the 20 Same of balconies).
Enjoy cozy warmth every day: our vacation apartment has modern heating to keep you comfortable all year round.
On the south-facing balcony of this ideally located vacation apartment in Vence, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the picturesque old town of Vence.
The living/dining room features a wood-burning stove, which creates a romantic atmosphere in winter, and a modern split air conditioning system, which keeps you cool in summer.
The media corner in the living area is equipped with a modern satellite receiver with which you can receive German and international TV and radio programmes in HD quality. Connections for streaming films with your own accessories such as Apple TV, Amazon Fire are available. There is also an internet radio with CD player in the reading room.
The 120 x 200 cm large, comfortable sofa in the adjoining, modern reading room is a quiet and secluded place to browse. The sofa can also be used as a bed for a third person. The room also has a large chest of drawers and plenty of storage space.
