Nice and clean, restaurant staff were amazing. Beautiful gardens. The waterpark was great but the location makes it feel separate to the resort. The pool bar was the only negative, the staff were not very responsive and it was just chaos, I paid cash but they charged to the room also, sorted out in the end but it took awhile.

Great view from ocean king room Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean.

From the moment we checked in and when we checked out we taken care of by the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating and their attention to every detail was impressive! The resort itself was beautiful, the pools were relaxing and the food was amazing! Great hotel

The hotel was great and staff friendly and helpful, however we did not have great weather and were affected by illness during our stay
