This gorgeous townhouse features a modern open-concept first floor with an expansive great room, cozy gas fireplace, and a beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and granite countertops. A large primary suite, sunroom and powder room with laundry are also featured on the first floor. The second floor boasts a queen bedroom, bunkroom and a shared full bathroom.

Please Note: The hot tub is not operational

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Air Conditioning
Window air conditioning units are located in the great room and in the primary bedroom (downstairs only). Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Great place all around. Access to the river for the dog behind the property. Good mountain road walk right off alder. Great access to Sunday river
