While the property's location presented a minor challenge during initial navigation, it ultimately provided a pleasant retreat, conveniently situated near the beach. My three-night stay featured clean and well-maintained accommodations. However, the bed being a double bed proved somewhat restrictive for a guest of my height of 6'4" and the television's size and lack of modern streaming capabilities warrant consideration for an upgrade. The absence of cooking facilities was not a personal concern, though it may be a factor for guests seeking self-catering options. Fortunately, the local area boasts numerous excellent cafes, with Lola's Cafe and Autumn Rooms being particularly noteworthy for their quality meals and coffee, effectively mitigating the need for in-room cooking. Overall, my experience in Newcastle was positive and enjoyable.

The location of the property was awesome. So close to the beach and the main area of Newcastle, we loved being able to go to breakfast with a stroll to the beach. Had an issue with wifi which the hosts resolved. All amenities provided to make it a comfy stay. We had no issues but wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues as the passageways to access the apartment is by narrow lanes around the side of the main property.

Nice spot, parking could be a challenge given the location & we became aware it really was at the back of a house - there wasn't much acoustic separation, could hear the occupants walking around & going about their daily tasks which was a bit disconcerting. Other than that it was clean & tidy, & good location for shops & beach access

Lovely little flat

The seven pines place is exactly as described. Very close to cafes and beaches. I loved and appreciated the extras that were supplied and would recommend a stay here. My only issue was on street parking was a bit tricky during the day if you left due to the gym across the road but okay at night
