Room smelled like cigarettes. I tried Calling the front desk twice to let them know. I could hear him. He couldn't hear me. I tried unplugging the phone and plugging it back in to see if connection was bad. I had to go to the front desk and found the clerk on their cell phone. I told him the situation and he said he would write up a service ticket. Overall room was clean and comfortable.

I’ve had a great stay so far—the staff is friendly and the room is lovely. The only small concern is the bathtub faucet, which is a bit hard to turn and bathroom exhaust fan is broken.

Our stay was excellent! Hotel was spotless, I’m extremely attentive to this detail with hotels and in all areas of the property it was a 10/10 in cleanliness. Staff was great, location was excellent for shopping, and there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts at the beginning of the road leading to the property. Tons of parking in the lot, there are rolling luggage carts to use for your bags. Would definitely stay here again!
Bloomingdale’s tree at the outlets within walking distance to the hotel.
