Hot tub jets didn’t work. I called the front desk and asked for somebody to come fix it, they sent a maid who didn’t speak English. I finally was able to fix it myself. More importantly, there are structural damage to the floor… feels like actual holes. They were covered up by carpet but you could feel it giving away every time you walk on it. There was also hair and debris in the hot tub. I stayed in room 106. I’m tempted to call the building inspector. That they would charge me for this room is deplorable. Nancy Bose

My husband birthday weekend

The room was really clean and prepared. The bed was comfortable we get good rest. The jacuzzi was amazing. The staff was friendly and organized.

- Requested hand soap for the bathroom and was told they do not carry any. Was given a bar of face soap. Asked if there was anything they had to kill bacteria on hands and they said they only had face and body soap. - The hallway and room smelled of old human urine. - The staff talked with each other and used the F word while me and my daughter were checked in. - Very run down building. The air conditioner made an awful noise that I couldn’t sleep through. - The bathroom was actually very clean and in good shape. The bedsheets seemed clean but had a few small black stains on them.

Convenient location for the trip to NYC, good pri

Overall clean and comfortable room, the hotel itself is looking old, the sheets are looking old as well. Big parking, good location, 10 minutes walking from the Irvington bus terminal

Worst hotel ever

Dirty room, not vacuumed. Used towel with hair on it. Phone and tv was not working and neither was wifi. Worst hotel experience ever. Would not recommend ever.
