I love that check out is 12 but they don’t have a refrigerator parking is $20 but certain parking lot attendants beg for tips they don’t park your car for you or anything but beg for tips. Hotel is pretty front desk was polite. Security guard was pleasant. The hearing system needs to better my room and bathroom was freezing even with the heat on all night

Front desk staff were helpful when I called in advance of checking in with questions, check in process was smooth as well. They were kind and courteous during all interactions. Room was very clean & I found it had nice lighting to get ready as compared to stays at other hotels. Pillows were not comfortable to me but that could be a personal preference. There was an extremely loud vent in the bathroom that ran constantly. The bathroom door was frosted glass, so if someone used the bathroom in the night and turned on the light, it lit up the entire room. We came back from dinner to discover there is no minifridge for our leftovers. The closet doors were hard to maneuver. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The rollaway bed had a good thick mattress.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are state-of-the-art deco, very clean, and modern. And the on-premise restaurant food was some of the best I have ever had. We stayed here on New Year's Eve because it was so convenient to get to and from NYC via PATH. I am definitely coming back at the very least for happy hour.
