Never stay in this hotel or you will be 1000% disappointed. Airport shuttle was not arrived on time, I waited in the Newark airport more than one hour and the driver told a lie. I stayed in this hotel on Jan. 22. 2026. The room was too cold, and I called front desk for additional blanket at 2:30 in the morning, but the front desk person answered that he is not responsible for the guest request. I could not sleep all night. It was really terrible.

We arrived at 10:30 PM at night and we when we went to check-in, we were told that they were overbooked and the “family room“ was no longer available. Guest services wanted to put us in two separate rooms on the same floor as they said that they didn’t have any rooms with two beds. We are two adults and one teen teenager. We booked the room a week or so in advance.. It should be available. Guest services after some complaining and disappointment magically had a room with two beds. I don’t get it why the moment of aggravation when you actually have available rooms with the two beds? I had said to guest services I’d rather not be separated from my family and they did accommodate me and overall they were pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and modern with plenty of lighting, but not really anywhere to sit except for the beds. And just note that the hotel restaurant and bar closes at 10 PM so get what you need before that.

Super shady area. When we pulled into the parking lot, the guy walked all around our vehicle like it was about to be sent to a chop shop. They have people in the parking lot that do absolutely nothing but verbally ask for a tip like they parked your car themselves. I asked him what he expected a tip for and he told me it was so he would make sure that he keeps a good eye on my vehicle. Then he followed us into the hotel for no reason because once we checked in, he quickly disappeared. Also, all of the hallways smelled of marijuana. Will never return.

We waited over five hours in the cold just to check in, with no explanation, assistance, or apology from staff. During this time, the way we were treated felt dismissive and discriminatory, which made an already stressful situation deeply uncomfortable. On top of this, there were no functioning amenities despite being advertised, and the room itself was in poor condition. This experience fell far below basic hospitality standards and was completely unacceptable for the price paid.

The room was clean. We arrived at 3:30 and still had to wait 10 minutes for our room despite the 3:00 check in. Staff were very nice. We stayed here because of the ability to walk to the Prudential Center for a hockey game. There is parking next door to the hotel for $20 through the hotel.

had a huge issue with the ventilation system. The fan was loud. Complained to the front desk they had zero solutions and stated this was an issue on every floor and that the manager was not back til Monday. Not a good experience!
