The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property. For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair. "This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!"
