"Staff is the best! Kind, helpful , happy. Ask for help or info, extras.; they are glad to accommodate. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. Close to everything. "

"The staff was very friendly. Common areas are clean and modern. The rooms are older. Bathrooms are just okay/ old. If you stay on the first floor beware that the rooms (at least the one we had) are pet friendly with carpet and ours stunk like dogs (there was a piece of dog food on the carpet and we ended up changing rooms). The room upstairs was better for sure. The gym was good except the treadmill was broken. There was a great elliptical and bike and several weights, water, cleaning supplies, TV. Breakfast was adequate, too. "

"Parking was easy and safe. Love the location across from the University entrance. Easy to walk to sporting events and not worry about campus parking. Was quite happy and thankful we got a free upgraded King Suite. the accomodations were reasonable for the price paid. Breakfast items were lacking at times but made due with what they had. Waffles and toppings, as well as biscuits and gravy were good. Lack of milk was disappointing, as well as no gravy on our last morning. Floor creaking from room above was not pleasant and interrupted early morning sleep. Be aware there is no elevator at this property. Not a problem for us though. Will stay again!"

"Room was good and was clean upon arrival. We always like staying there for the close proximity to the university and downtown area. We stayed three nights. I was disappointed this time that they did not offer a room refresh. "

"Great communication, had no problems getting settled, clean, and had everything we needed at a great price. "

"It was difficult to figure out how to get into the building in the dark, and the setting surrounding the building was very rundown with derelict vehicles and garbage. Noise was also an issue in the unit. That being said, you pay for what you get, and there is value there as it is a full unit with operable kitchen, though small."
