Great location, right on the Flagler Ave (main Street) and very close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. On the down side, the previous renters trash was left in the apartment, mattress has a lot to be desired and dips in the center, since it’s on the Main Street, it can be very loud (especially in the early morning). Another major us is that the apartment is very close to the beach (8 minute walk).

Great little getaway!

This place is very quaint but clean and in a great location. So many restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach is a short walk as well. Great value for the area!

Such a Charming Apartment

Pros- clean, great location for food and shops. Short walk to the beach. Safe place to stay.Cons- pictures of the place were false. Only thing that matches the pictures were the kitchen and table and chairs. Furniture is old, mattress is worn out and all uncomfortable. Huge opening in the wall between the table area and bedroom which doesn't make any sense or privacy if there are more than 1 couple staying there. This was the first time I've ever rented a Vrbo. Wish pictures where more honest as l really did enjoy the area and amenities that where close by.

It was good but the doors inside didn’t close properly and was surprised that shampoo etc wasn’t provided. Air conditioners are pretty loud

We arrived late and found that there was no bedding for the pull out bed. There was two of us, so one of us had to sleep with no pillow and one of had no blanket. When We called to let them know we needed bedding, the customer service person on the phone argued with us. We spent time down on the beach, when we came back we found there was no broom to sweep up the sand from the towels on the floor. I received an email to extend the stay. Our flight was delayed so we decided to extend it, it took four phone calls, being hung up on twice to get someone on the phone that could help us extend our stay by a day. While the condo is beautiful and the perfect location, your customer care is lacking. We should have received a discount for not having bedding when we arrived. This is the easiest of things to have stocked.

Ear plugs

While the property itself was fine. I highly suggest you bring earplugs. Situated right on Flagler ave. At 2am the bar crowd gets out and the quality of the windows are so bad at the Vrbo that you can literally see through the seams where the window should seal. They are very old. That is my only complaint. I wish they had windows that blocked some of the noise. Perhaps an upgrade to impact would improve the guest overall stay.

Not clean, noisy, bug infested

The unit was not clean, mold stains on the carpet and windows. Extremely noisy unit with loud window A/C. Bugs all over the unit. This place was completely inhospitable. Had to leave after one night and book other accommodations. VRBO customer service was very unhelpful had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Highly pissed!

My visit was nothing like I was told it would be. I came down for bike week and was told there was plenty of room to park my motorcycle and trailer. I had to pay an additional $75.00 for parking. I was told the beach was just across the street from my unit. It was a 1/4 mile away. There was NO! Privacy with a hole between the dining area and bedroom. Your representative miss lead me all the way around. I will never use or recommend your services ever again. All I can say about the unit is that it has a bed and shower. My whole week was ruined!

Not Quite as Described

When we arrived at the property on a Sunday afternoon, in the information we had received it indicated that we would have a parking space when in actuality there was a parking lot for the three rental units AND the two businesses on the ground floor. No spaces were reserved for the units so if you left, you had very little chance of finding a spot when you returned. The unit was cute and clean but there were no instructions on how to use the tv or that you needed to use the Sling tv app. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out. Located downtown on Flagler Ave, we were prepared for the hustle/bustle of downtown but the noise level was above and beyond, all night long.. There was no way to see out of any of the windows. We expected to be able to see something. If they could get the parking figured out, it would help out a lot. Nice short walk to the beach.

Ziemlich zufrieden

Blöd das wir die Code für der Außentur nicht hatten bei unserer Ankunft. Die zentrale Lage brachte viel Straßenlärm mit sich. Nicht nur der Lärm auch die Kälte hatten wegen der Bauweise, Fenster und Teileingebaute Aircos ziemlich freien Zugang. Die Kooperation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war gut.
