I will be staying somewhere else next time....

People were nice but the bed mattress was old and had a sink hole in the middle of the mattress. Bathroom was not as clean as expected. HVAC unit was also very noisy.

We had a wonderful experience for our 3 night stay. Staff was great! Renee was super sweet. Housekeeping staff were kind and helpful as well. The breakfast menu could use some alternating- for those that stay multiple nights, however everything was edible and area stayed clean and for the most part stocked. The pool area was clean but was not heated. No hot tub available. Nice location for anything in Canton to Berlin. Will be staying there again!

Everyone was friendly, nice breakfast. The room however was not cleaned well. Had a bottle on the ground beside the chair and the toilet needed cleaned. Which i just ended up doing myself. Other than that was a pleasant stay.

Dog pee ewe!

The room is dated but fine. I’m a repeat guest. The deal breaker on this stay was the dog pee in the rug - in my original room and in my new room. There were no other pet friendly rooms available so I used Funk Away to kill the smell as best as I could. I don’t mind paying extra for my pet - but I do mind not being able to walk barefoot. Why do you even have rubs in pet friendly rooms anymore?? There are so many other flooring options.
