The room was very dated and dirty - couch had stains all over it, kitchen cabinets and surface were sticky - bathroom had mold in corner, etc. It was more residence than hotel guests. Would never stay there again.

False advertising from hotel and poor insulation. Reserved a room that was supposed to have been furnished with 2 queen beds, fireplace and full living room area. We were given a room with 2 full beds, no fireplace and no coffee table and chairs, only a couch. Upon check in, I was told everything else was already occupied. Also, not doing anything in the room other than walking around, the occupants below us complained of noise and had the front desk ask us to quiet down. We were merely sitting at the table playing a board game. Will never stay here again.

Room key would not work. I had to go back to the service desk to reprogram after leaving the room. The “kid” behind the desk knew my room number by my third visit which was nice, but amazing how he programmed card without saying a word to me or looking up from his phone where he was playing a video game. Great talent.

Your experience is absolutely unacceptable and beg you to please let me know what day and time this occurred. Such treatment is absolutely not typical of my staff and if I can trace which Agent treated one of our guests this way, I can assure you this will not be tolerated! Since you allude to your "third visit," I am hoping you are either still here and will stop by the desk and ask for me, or that you will contact me in some manner. Please give us the opportunity to address this incident!

We're so pleased that you enjoyed your room but I'm so sorry that you encountered an unpleasant smell from another guest cooking in their room. We keep special spray on hand that we can use in the hallways or can always move your room if you find it too unbearable. I hope you will come back again soon!

I booked a one room studio. When I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and did not have my room. I would have to take another room. We have an autistic son who does not sleep so we need a separate room. We were not offered anything to make up for the fact that we had reserved a room, and it was given away. She new other hotels were booked and we had no other options. I will not stay at another Marriott.
