Old and tired. Staff was friendly and changed our room so we had an adjoining room with family. But it was too cold, had to unplug the aircondirioner because all the controls were broken off. Had to search for a place to plug in a lamp. Too much $ for that stuff.

When i make a reservation, it does not tell you which rooms have balconies, so where it says "special requests" that's where i all for a balcony room, i even spoke to the staff when I checked in on Friday. I don't know which rooms to pick that have a balcony and she sympathized with me that im right, it does not say that, she was on the phone with a person who was coming in n asked if they had a pet because they booked a "pet room" but they did not have a pet, that i overheard and she mentioned that as an example, that they do not have it listed what room is what. The room i got these 3 nights looked like no one stayed there for awhile, it was VERY DUSTY, after more than 20+ stays, this room had dingy, disgusting towels; every other room i had stayed in had very fluffy, clean, looking, very white brand new towels, not this room.

I love everything about this hotel, the rooms; great bed, cumfy atmosphere, cleanliness. The pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I love having a balcony room, it makes my whole stay, it's just nice being able to step into the balcony in the middle of the night n relax with how warm it is outside right now. The only thing that I've noticed this stay and my last stay is the kitchen/breakfest (not the whole staff, one particular woman is so rude, for no reason, but misery loves company so i don't let hey bother me anymore n now I've noticed she's been like that since I've been staying here) the hotel staff and one of the managers that I've met is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I talk so great about this hotel because not only is it but i've dealt with staff from other hotels and it's just so nice when you're staying somewhere for a couple days and you have a good staff that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and ready to help you. Highly recommend this hotel 5+ Stars.

This is our favorite hotel in this area! I love it so much! The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and kind. I love the breakfast in the morning, always incredible. The beds are top notch 👌 always get a great night sleep, I absolutely love the layout of this hotel and this is my go-to hotel!

Although a bit outdated, the rooms were comfortable and clean and it was very quiet for a hotel right off the parkway. Hallways were warm, but rooms cooled off nice. A good "value" hotel.

Great breakfast but room not clean

I see that some reviews said the staff was friendly...that was not our case. They weren't overly rude but just not interested in providing good or great customer service. While the sheets were clean, the bathroom just wasn't. The tub had mold around the edges. The bedroom area was not clean behind end tables and bed where we needed to find an outlet. Even crumbs of food. :( The breakfast was GREAT! Super clean area and many options. We too loved the opportunity to get coffee anytime of day. We didn't need much, customer service and cleanliness, but didn't receive either.

Pros: Staff is very good. Breakfast is appealing. Cons: Carpet inside and outside the room is stinking. Need to do a deep cleaning. Mattresses are old and need to replace. Overall hotel is good for the price I paid.

If you’re looking for a more affordable option in the area, this is a good one. Free breakfast, easy access and parking, lots of restaurants close by. It’s a little dated but was clean and comfortable.

The 1st room they tried to put me in the tv wouldn’t work and the manager admitted it was a problem! Average at best. Mildew stains and damage repairs to bathroom and tub. Paint damaged on walls. Some of the staff were too busy on their phones to help me at the desk or dining area. Very poor experience at best!
