The room was very cold initially but after adjusting the heater it reached s more comfortable temperature. Location of the was room made it very lighted by the outside lights in the hallway including thru the door. I prefer a pretty dark room when sleeping. The desk that was crooked and affixed to the dresser ( no legs in left side-was rather odd.

We stayed at this motel/hotel for a weekend trip, and the only good part was the easy check-in after our flight . When we checked in, we were so tired we didn’t notice a condom on the floor of the room(#437) and stained sheets until we woke up the next morning. When we went down to address the issue, the front desk agent ignored the fact we were waiting for help for 15 mins and when we told her our issue, she showed no empathy or urgency to correct their disgusting room. She said, “There’s nothing I can do; there is new management” and told me to write a review. She mentioned that someone would come clean our room, so we left for breakfast, and when we came back, the condom was still on the floor. Nothing was cleaned when we spoke with the cleaning people; they stated that there is an order that they must follow. Again, no urgency or empathy. The front desk lady stated that the manager always reviews the rooms after the cleaning crew clean, which was a lie, and she also stated that the manager is not available until Sunday morning, the same day we leave. Terrible experience, truly gross.

Pictures are not accurate. This motel we should call it was outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked through the door. The furniture had water stains and the tub was dirty. I can understand why we paid the price we did for a single night. On the upside, parking was free and easy and the highway was close enough that I could leave immediately. I also left a bag there with a few of my things, I called front desk the next day and apparently nothing was found in the room. Book with caution and would not recommend unfortunately.

Staff was great. We stayed in a pet room which was around back, property was in disarray outside, very unkempt. Inside the room, bathroom had an active water leak in toilet, black mold surrounding bathroom trim. Outside in parking lot when we got there a lady was passed out in her car with the door open in her pajamas. Not sure if she overdosed or what. Obviously the back side rooms are rented out as apartments

You can’t beat the cleanliness and the comfort. My only issue is waking up in a dark room due to the design of the room which places the window to the balcony where you are able to open to bring in the sunlight. Because of that i would not use the video.

Odd but comfortable and friendly place.

Hotel has an indoor pool and most of the public spaces smell of chlorine. The room was comfortable. The TV gets its signal from a wifi router, and if the router is down no programming. Staff is friendly, good restaurants nearby.

It is a convenient place to stay as we were taking metro from New Haven to grand central station. The place is very dated, can use a complete spruce-up, from the carpeting in the halls and rooms to the bathroom fixtures. Bed was not comfortable. This is just constructive criticism. Breakfast was ok, staff was ok.

The reception staff was very pleasant. She is the only positive thing at this hotel. The parking lot is horrible, poor lighting and very limited spaces for hotel guests. The building and rooms are very dated. The place has a cheap motel feel. The pool looked murky and not sanitary to get in. We actually didn't even stay the night. We checked out after the event we were attending in the area and took the 2 hour long drive back home.
