Excellent Views

The place was very clean. The easy access to the river was amazing! Very family oriented stay. My teenagers absolutely loved it. The beds were comfortable, plenty of cookware and utensils. There was plenty of coffee and creamer. I would definitely go back to this condo.

Family river vacay

Overall the condo was exactly as described on the listing. It was clean and plenty of space for our party of 6 adults. The property was quiet and very peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked and the ac was cold. There is a tube shuttle next door that we used and floated right back to the condo. That was really convenient!! The host was very professional and the communication was fast and efficient. Only suggestion is that the condo could use bigger fans in this Texas heat. I would definitely stay here again!

More for Mature Groups

The place was very nice but the location and lack of amenities is not for teenagers. This property is best for older couples or people that want a quiet place to go to. I do not recommend for people that have teenagers. They get bored very easily and the quiet times is not good for teenagers.

The condo is updated and super clean. Everything was perfect for our girls trip. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a river trip. You can sit in the water directly outside the condo or go to the horseshoe just a few minutes away.

They are hardcore about the 2 car permit/bands. My uncle lives in town and it was kind of a pain to moving all the cars around and finding a place in town to park them. So if you have more than 2 cars or people that want to visit this is not the right place. Other than the parking/band issues it was a great condo with front river accesses..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great condo. Very quiet and private complex. View from balcony was beautiful. Condo was spotless and well maintained. My only complaints were that the beds were not very comfortable for the price we paid and the ac would not stay set to 70 and would go back to was a tad stuffy at night... The saltwater pool was refreshing. Showers had plenty of hot water. All in all we enjoyed staying here. Just wish the beds would have been softer and the ac didnt go back to 74 after 2 hours.

Great Time at the River

It looked just like the pictures. We felt very safe and enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the complex. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking our coffee- very peaceful. We loved spending our day at the river just sitting in tubes right outside the place or tubing from the horseshoe right back to the condo. Wineries and Gruene were a short distance away, but we also enjoyed River Rose Tavern and Wildflour Cafe which were right down the road. We had a great time!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and wonderful view of the Guadalupe River. Condo was clean and cozy place to stay. Very quiet place even though many other condos around. It was 25 minutes from new braunfels which wasn’t too bad. Only thing negative about the stay is the company has the most strict rules at any place I ever stayed which can put a damper on the stay by worrying about so many rules such as being fined for not putting the remote back in same place. We also could not invite friends and family to join us at the condo for a few hours because it was against the rules and you would be kicked out. Although it was a nice stay the rules will unfortunately will keep us from staying here again.

Clean and fairly quiet

Condo was clean. A few small things I noticed that could have been cleaned better by cleaning service. (Mildred growth in the shower, fingerprints on refrigerator, etc…). Beds were comfy. Temperature was good overall. Set up was great! The lady security guard interrupted us on the private balcony to make sure we had our bracelets. I wondered where she was each time I saw a school bus dropping of the drunk river goers. Some wearing next to nothing, others with vomit on their clothes barely making it through the parking lot to their condo. Not anything negative for this specific property, just over the top security guard picking and choosing. But we did feel safe and secure overall. I would recommend this property!

Beautiful Condo on the river, with a scenic view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo right on the river! We had the option to do contactless entry with no problems whatsoever! Very clean, updated unit and has everything you would need to settle right in. There was a food mart for groceries and some small cafes for breakfast and lunch just a few minutes away. For just a short drive we were able to enjoy dinner, shopping, and some live music in Greune. The real highlight is that it's located right on the river so you can literally plop into the water and park your butt for some sun, or hop onto a float and languish all afternoon! The condo was immaculate and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. The Layout is perfect for entertaining, grilling, and hanging out on the balcony. My favorite time was relaxing on the balcony late at night and taking in all the sounds of nature! I highly recommend this condo given all the amenities, cleanliness, spacious comfort level, really cute decor and of course BEST OF ALL, IT'S RIGHT ON THE RIVER!!

Wonderful Hill Country River Stay!

The view of the river from the condo was spectacular, and we were able to just walk right down and hang out in the Guadalupe River. The balcony provided the best spot to relax at the end of the day, and we loved the decorative lights! This place was centrally located to so many places...Gruene and New Braunfels, San Marcos, wineries and distilleries, Canyon Lake. It seemed like we were only 20-25 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go!We loved eating at the Gristmill and checking out Gruene. The property was super-clean and contactless check-in was easy. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and we can't wait to come back!

Great riverside property just steps away from the Guadalupe River

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is exactly as the pictures and property information described if not better. Extremely clean property and condo. All you'll need to bring to the kitchen is the food you'd like to cook and snack on, and there's a local grocery store 5min from the property or a full-sized chain grocery store about 20 min away.One of the best parts of staying here was the easy access to so many different destinations (1hr to San Antonio, 1hr to Austin, 30min to Schlitterbahn, 30min to Outlet shopping in San Marcos, 30 min to the Natural Bridge Caverns). It's a great location if you want to mix and match a little nature and city-based fun. You don't have to go far if you're looking to experience the Guadalupe River. You're just steps away from wading in the water or if you're feeling more adventurous, there's a great kayak and tubing rental company at the property next door that is more than willing to accommodate you. We did a short kayaking trip where you are dropped off a bit up river and you end your trip right in front of the condo. There's also a pool on-site if you want to put in a quick swim during your day.The condos were nearly at full capacity when we visited but you could hear a pin drop at night. Very respectful neighbors made for great evenings on the balcony patio enjoying the table-top firepit, comfy patio furniture, and the beautiful night sky far away from city lights. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend this location to our friends and family.
