The property was great, close proximity for what we needed. The only gripe I have is there was no dish detergent or sponge to clean the few dishes we had.

Apartment was dirty. Couch cushions entirely damp and gross. Had to flip cushions, vacumn it and throw a blanket over it. Floors not clean. Bathtub dirty. Cobwebs and dirt in corners. No fry pan to cook. The outside hallway was dirty. Bird poop all over hallway floor. Birds nest on lights. Good communication with management. But to be charged alot for a cleaning fee, youd expect it to be clean. Would not stay again.

The booking process and communication were ridiculously bad... must have wasted an additional 3-4 hours trying to get things lined up AFTER booking on Expedia... people managing the property do not read emails properly, nor listen on the phone - had to repeat things anywhere from 4 to 10X... don't waste your time with this company - plenty of other places that are the same price or cheaper and they have way better communication. In short, I think all the communication with customers is outsourced.... It might have been a foreign language like Hindu... for all the good they were

The lazy river pool with tubes available was awesome. We loved all of the grassy areas, dog parks, and waste bags available for pet owners. However, there was a lot of dog poop left on the grass! Hard to figure out why. Otherwise, great unit, easy access and parking, comfortable beds…

We arrived at midnight and realized that the room that was given to us was empty, no furniture at all. After calling landing properties, the guy was very helpful and found another unit for us, however the new room was not prepared, it was dusty, the toilet was dirty, no papper towels, soap and etc... The room needs some care, but the commom area is the worst part, the stairs were in terrible condition, all very dirty with bird poops everywhere, spiders and wasps, looks like there is no service at all there. For the price they charge, it was way below the expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Mission Hill in New Braunfels. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and the amenities were excellent — from the gym to the common areas. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and access to the building was smooth. We really appreciated how comfortable and convenient everything was. Highly recommended!
