This is the perfect hotel for a layover in Zurich. You do not have to leave the airport to access the hotel. Leaving out of airport is also a breeze!!

This property is perfect for a layover in Frankfurt. You can walk from plane to hotel and never leave the building. So very easy to access early morning flights. The staff were above and beyond. The hotel is also very modern and beautiful inside. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to the airport and the breakfast was quite good. However a bit difficult to find as the signage to it was a bit sparse from the terminal. My biggest complaint was when checking out, I needed a place to load my luggage, but the limited space available was filled by cars waiting for others, and the one space I did think I found, I was informed by airport security that area required that I could not leave my car unattended. That might have been stated on some sign somewhere in German, but as a solo traveler who does not speak German, it made it useless.

Convenient airport location, for a price

It was a nice hotel, at the airport, but still a long walk to get to it (not quite as convenient as I hoped). Our room was quite warm, and the A/C was slow to cool it. We didn't explore thd amenities at all, we just wanted to be close for an early morning flight. But the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

We contacted the property when booked two months prior and through the Expedia app two days before check-in and made six phone calls within 24 hours to confirm that a crib would be available for our 8-month-old baby. No one responded to our messages, and the front desk never answered the phone despite repeated attempts. When we checked in at 6:00 p.m., the staff said they were checking with housekeeping and would deliver the crib. We followed up twice in person and called the front desk hourly, even the room phone to the front desk did not work, but it wasn't until 9:30 p.m. that they brought a bassinet, which was unsafe for our baby due to a falling hazard. When we expressed concern, we were told it was all they had. We had a terrible night with very little sleep and felt the hotel was unresponsive and unprepared for a basic and clearly communicated need. This experience was unacceptable, especially when traveling with an infant. We will not be staying here again and CAUTION TO FAMILIES STAYING HERE.

Good for location Very sloppy: shower heads don’t work, tub too small, water gets everywhere when you shower. Drains not working properly in the shower. Room smelled like tobacco eventhough it was non smoking. Air conditioner not working. For a layover it was fine more than a day…hard pass.

The location of the Blu can’t be beat, just a short walk to the airport.All hotels have busy periods when there are long lines, that is to be expected - at this Blu, there is no planning. There are lines at all times and only two attendants at reception. The AC in my room didn’t work, I called the”one touch” phone button which rang without answer for over 10 minutes. I attempted to call the reception desk from the outside number and after several minutes of ringing, I was hung up on. This occurred twice. The issue was finally resolved with a room change, but a room that costs 460 francs per night should provide better service.

Very nice hotel, but very expensive. Location relative to airport and shopping was good. Security may be an issue here as someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. If we didn't have the chain on the would have gotten in as they got passed the keycard lock and deadbolt. Staff response did not improve my sense of security after.
