One of the most memorable views in Neskowin awaits at this one-bedroom suite, an oceanfront escape beautifully situated on the banks of Kiwanda Creek. In this lovely spot, you'll be mere steps from Proposal Rock and summer days spent boogie boarding and surfing on Neskowin Beach.



This condo sits on the second floor of the Proposal Rock Inn, the oceanfront grounds of which include a gas grill for guest use, an on-site laundromat, and gorgeous views of the creek, the Pacific Ocean, and iconic Proposal Rock itself. Stroll across the creek to take sunrise and sunset strolls on the sand each day, with Neskowin's fascinating Ghost Forest only a short walk down the beach.



Begin each morning outside on your covered balcony, a wonderful spot to sip a mug of coffee, listen the cries of passing gulls, and breathe in the salty sea air.

The location was lovely with the river and Beach view and we could see rabbits playing outside our balcony. Hawks Creek Café is a short walk away and has good options for lunch and dinner and Cape Kawanda is a short drive away and is also very beautiful. However, the condo left some things to be desired.There were clumps of hair on the floor and debris and the sweeping was not done well and there were hairs on the sheets on the bed. One cabinet door was already off when we arrived and another one fell off when we were there in the kitchen. The blinds on the one window looking out to the beach are broken and you’re not supposed to move them up or down so the view is always obstructed, which is an issue on an ocean view condo. There were no bath mats and not enough toilet paper for two people. The lock on the porch was very hard to make work. A few other amenities would have been nice like another spatula and glass wine glasses instead of plastic. If the owners would address these issues, it would be a nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

Great Condo

Large Condo with everything you need provided. Like staying in a hotel, but better. Extra surprises provided. Views are awesome. Walking to the ocean is easy, but you have to go around our building toward the restaurant to get to it. There is ice and a laundry room provided on bottom towards the center. Well return one day.

Nice place, but NOT oceanfront

This condo is very nice, and well maintained but it is not oceanfront view. You can see the ocean from one corner in the living room, or out on the balcony. The bed was comfy and the heaters work great! The restaurant next door was delicious and overall everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the beach very much - you have to walk through the parking lot and around the corner of the hotel property to get to the path.

The view was spectacular!

The view was the best part! Fairly comfortable, bed has pretty good sag going on, 3 spoons & a few glasses but most cooking necessities there. Likely to stay again, for the view & lovely neighborhood.
