Welcome to Casa Rosa Splash Pool, a two-storey house with a small private pool and terrace with sea views, meticulously maintained. Located in a quiet and well-kept residential area just 1 km from the famous Burriana beach, this house is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 4 people looking for comfort, modern design and an excellent location in Nerja.

Spread over two floors, the house offers 2 spacious bedrooms, carefully equipped to ensure maximum comfort.



On the upper floor is the living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and direct access to the 25 m² private terrace with sea views, barbecue and lounge area.



The ground floor has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and another with two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed. It includes an en-suite bathroom and an additional bathroom. This floor also leads to a small private pool, ideal for a refreshing morning dip or an afternoon splash.



Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day at the beach or exploring.
